“The property is beautiful and well maintained, but I don’t feel that it is clear how much of a hotel it is for children and just how loud the children’s activities dominate nearly the entire property. There’s nowhere on the property that you don’t hear 2030 children at all times also the Cove and the waterfront is the worst for micro plastics of any new visited. You are literally swimming with watching trash float into people‘s mouth.”

The hotel is very beautiful, but the food is bland and it is about the exact same every day. Staff is unhelpful and has no idea of the ongoings of the hotel. The noise level was disruptive enough that resting was impossible. I had to complain to the front desk multiple times before any action was taken, and I noted several other guests doing the same.
