“The room was better than expected. I asked for early check-in, before 3:00 pm. They called and told me room would be ready at 2:15. Arrived at 3:10 and room was not ready. Front desk was very confused and said he could do nothing. Then a manager came out changed our rooms and got us in. We had 10 min to get ready for a wedding 25 min away.”

“On the night of the 19th, our arrival day, for some unexplained reason, the water coming out of the spigot on the bathroom sink, after opening the "COLD" handle, wasn't cold; it was warm water! In the morning, it was cold.”

“Muy bien ubicado, excelente trato del personal, muy limpias las habitaciones y modernas y el servicio de transportación al aeropuerto muy puntual y excelente, felicidades”
