“For $100 a night, it would be really nice to have a guaranteed clean experience. I don’t care if I’m in the middle of nowhere Arkansas, Best Western properties are known for better and this one just made me want to leave and go find a shower.
The receptionist was super nice though. It’s not her fault the property is not maintained well. It’s a $50 a night room, not $100.”

“The room was clean. There was ample parking. The bed had a large dip in the middle and squeaked when you moved. The front desk attendent acted like we were an inconvenience to her day and was unable to make change without using her phones calculator to make change when given a $20 bill on a $9 purchase.
