“Good location. Only issue we had was GPS took us to the wrong location but not any fault of the host at all. Just pay attention to that so you aren’t driving around like we did. :-)”

“I don't know where the people stayed who left your glowing reviews, but it was NOT at this establishment. Front desk was closed at 10 when we came back from a movie so we couldn't get any kind of help. The phone number on the receipt was disconnected. The phone in the room had no cord, the TV would not come on, the bed was awful, the hallways smelled!! We were expecting a nice Vrbo experience, NOT a low rent national chain. The reviews and information attached to this venue on Expedia were……

“Perfect spot for a family! Quiet and beautiful outside space to relax and play while only being minutes from all conveniences. The house was comfortable. The host couldn't have been better to work with!”

“We've stayed in many VBRO locations... this one was by far the best of all. It was like being at home, but in a different location. Everything we could possibly need was there. The furniture was extremely comfortable. The home was spotless, well kept, and modern. Jeff met us at the home when we arrived. He showed us around the house, provided us a garage door opener, & explained the Wi-Fi. He was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. He said to just call him if we needed anything. I……

“Peaceful cozy place on a beautiful pond. Clean comfortable accommodations.”

“We slept well on the king size bed, room felt cozy but not cramped for two people.”

“Air conditioning contributed greatly to comfort compared with other places I've stayed around here, hallways were also quiet when returning late one night visitors normally appreciate that peacefulness too”

“Free Wi-Fi allowed me to keep up with work seamlessly while traveling which really added convenience.”

“The pool area provided some nice relaxation after our long outings during the day, definitely worth enjoying if you get time.”

“We felt right at home in this welcoming space nothing fancy but definitely served its purpose well during our travels together.”

“Property welcomed our dogs. The Cottage was very clean and so perfectly decorated. It felt like being at home. We stayed 2 nights and it was a very pleasant and quiet place to stay. Very nice deck outside the back door. Everything was green and beautiful. We travel this way at least twice a year so we will definitely be staying here again. The check in was so simple. Easy talking with the host. We even just talked a couple times about where we lived. I would recommend staying here and definitely……

“We had a wonderful stay at this home in Little Rock! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were responsive, welcoming, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area. We truly felt at home and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Little Rock. An added plus is it is pet friendly.”
