The customer service was shameful. I arrived to check-in and the attendant moments later begins conversing with a man who shows up behind me, in another language. He takes his time to get me checked-in, while conversing with this man and not processing my reservation in any timely manner at all. Only after irritation shows on my face he decides to pause his conversation.
I checked out today and over 90 minutes after check out my deposit hasn't been returned. The signage at the desk said it would be returned after 15 minutes. I call and call the desk but nobody picks up still. I'm bitterly disappointed. Totally unprofessional by Days Inn (Oct 6-7)
