The rooms felt cozy despite the green carpet and dated look. No A/C but they provide a decent fan and you can open the windows for fresh air. Loved that! The hardest part was finding the hotel. Our GPS did not recognize the address and with construction on the small rd / confusing signs we circled around for almost an hour before finding the hotel. Parking is very limited as well but there is a garage. The hotel is linked to another hotel with the pool being at that location. The front desk clerk explained that it was a 150 m walk but we didn’t know what direction. We booked 2 rooms as we were traveling with 3 kids. We were given one room because our kids were unloading the car and the check in clerk “didn’t see them” . After that confusion we received the key to the second room. Driving is challenging because the road is basically one lane traffic going both ways and you have to boldly drive into the oncoming traffic to make it on the hotel parking lot in one piece. Bressanone is beautiful and you can just step right out of the hotel and walk everywhere. Overall a good experience once you get past the traffic patterns and communication.

Nice hotel near the small mountain river.
Hotel with cozy rooms, tasty breakfast from local food. We were surprised by check-in procedure (in different building/hotel), wellness facilities are also outside the hotel building.

The check-in is closed at 20:00. We get to the hotel at 19:30 and front main door was closed and after circling the town few times we discovered that we need to check-in in another hotel that belong to the group. There was no simple thing as sign or notification that the check-in is done elsewhere. Also, we ordered 2 rooms for 5 people and we find out that the are 2 queen beds and additional sofa and the sofa was not the one that open to a bed but just a sofa with a sheet on it which is not suitable for humans. Also, the hotel got no air condition (4 starts hotel!). there just supplied ventilators and we sweat all night. The reception ladies at check-in was not helpful and suggest to help us find another hotel that we should pay for it which is ridiculous. Eventually and after 2 hours of check-in process we got a folded bed for our son and at check-out they agreed to refund 1 room out of 2 (at least that) that should be offered at first place but in general it was a terrible experience.

Last time of my life at this hotel.
There is no amenities in this hotel. You have to go outside and walk in the snow for 200 meters and go to another hotels for restaurant, bar, spa,... The light didn`t work in my room, but the front desk was empty after 21H00. But the TV was working... And to get there, is near impossible. After turning 30 minutes around, I had to go in the wrong direction of a one way to get there. There is free parking, but the gate is closed, you have to park in the street on flasher, go inside, check in, scan your passport and after all this you have to go back and it will open the gate. Even the book information of the hotel is not the valid one,this is the other hotel, there is no underground garage, there is no restaurant, you cannot have the breakfast in your room... I lost money cancelling 2 others nights, but I just didn`t want to go back ever.

The hotel is inconvenient in everything if the room you booked is not in main building. Also, there is no air-conditioning and kettle in the room.

Very nice hotel in town
We stayed at this hotel before in 2005 and said we would go back and we did. The hotel facilities and amenities are wonderful but the check in and out procedures are not convenient for anybody. First of all the man at the desk cant speak to you. He takes your passport at check in and you cant get it back for a few hours because registration is not at that location. Because you are not registered yet you can't get wifi access. You have to go down the street to the sister hotel to retrieve your passport. Same procedure for checkout. Not acceptable !!!!

hotel muito bonito, confortável, café da manhã muito bem servido. Único complicador é que chek in, chek out e restaurante para jantar fica em outro hotel, que mesmo próximo em dias com o tempo ruim pode gerar dificuldades.

L’hotel è situato nel cuore della città, a due passi dal centro storico. Dal balcone si possono ammirare sia i campanili della cattedrale che le Dolomiti innevate. A pochi minuti si può raggiungere anche la fermata dello skibus che porta alla cabinovia della Plose, il trasporto è incluso nel servizio della brixencard che l’hotel omaggia ai suoi ospiti. Il personale dell hotel è molto gentile e disponibile ad accogliere ogni richiesta del cliente.

Viaggio di piacere con amici. Contro: Al check in abbiamo atteso 10 minuti che arrivasse il personale. Parcheggio non adeguato. Amuchina all'ingresso esaurita. Divano letto non adatto ad un adulto. Prese elettriche pericolosissime. Struttura e arredi generalmente vetusti. ARIA CONDIZIONATA NON INSTALLATA. Pro: Posizione abbastanza centrale. Zona silenziosa. Colazione abbondante più che accettabile ricca e variegata. Prezzo elevatissimo qualità pessima.

Buongiorno, grazie per la sua recensione. Il collega alla reception del residence è disponibile fino alle ore 20. Essendo voi arrivati più tardi è dovuta venire una collega dal corpo centrale per questo avete dovuto aspettare un po‘. Cosa intende per „parcheggio non adeguato“? Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema con il disinfettante all’entrata, che abbiamo risolto. Comunque, all’interno dell’Hotel ci sono vari punti con disinfettanti disponibili. Può dirci quale era la presa in camera „pericolosissima“? Facciamo controllare le prese elettriche in tutto l‘Hotel da una ditta specializzata due volte all’anno. Inoltre, se ce lo avesse comunicato durante il soggiorno avremmo mandato subito un collega competente a sistemare la presa. Abbiamo portato un ventilatore in camera. Capiamo che non è la stessa cosa dell’aria condizionata ma è descritto su tutti i portali di prenotazione che al residence non è presente l’aria condizionata. เราไปถึงก่อนเวลาเช็คอิน เขาให้เวลาบ่ายสองโมงตรงจึงจะได้เข้าห้อง ห้องพักดีมาก ใหญ่โตกว้างขวาง อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกมากมาย เดิมชื่อของโรงแรมคือ Greiner Baum แปลว่าต้นไม้สีเขียวคะ

Residence molto organizzato e curato, in posizione splendida. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Il centro benessere, nel vicino hotel Gruner Baum, 150 metri di percorso esterno, poi è veramente super. Ottima anche la cena, sempre al Gruner Baum, con buffet di antipasti e dessert favolosa.

Personale cordiale e disponibile. La pecca è che il ristorante non era all’interno dell’hotel ma a 50 mt in un altro hotel degli stessi proprietari e questo non era stato specificato. Il divano letto dove dormivano i miei figli era scomodissimo e anche malmesso mio figlio ha preferito dormire a terra una sera. Per il resto tutto bene peccato perché con poco più poteva essere perfetto

Ottima posizione, vicina al centro e ottimo punto di partenza per le escursioni. Colazione ottima, personale di sala sempre disponibile. Andrebbe indicato più chiaramente sulle pagine di prenotazione se si tratti della struttura principale o della dependance. La piscina è a disposizione degli ospiti, ma si trova nella struttura principale, che si trova a 150-200 metri dalla dependance. Da rivedere il sistema di accesso ai parcheggi della dependance, che non prevede la possibilità di utilizzare la chiave magnetica. Occorre infatti citofonare alla reception.
