Beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom 2 Bath home on a corner lot in a quiet family neighborhood just a few blocks from Holiday Market, the new Hospital, and Grocery Outlet. Empty lots in front of the home and on both sides as well. Only direct neighbor is behind the house so there's a lot of privacy. Large fenced back yard. A smart tv in each bedroom and the living room. Master bedroom has a King bed, walk in closet, and its own private bathroom.
Queen and full beds in the other bedrooms.
Beautifullll fireplace in the living room. Separate dining room with large window with a view of a field. Kitchen has a double door refrigerator, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and more. Washer and dryer is also available.

Needs upgrade
The house suited our needs but it certainly could use some upgrades. The furniture is old and stained. The couch had a broken spring and the love seat was stained. The shower mat was also stained. No liner in the kitchen trash. There were high weeds in the yard, which makes a terrible first impression. The house and yard just needs some care…clean the windows, replace the furniture, mow down the weeds.

Needs improvement
I was never given any check in instructions nor was anything on the profile. I reached out to jerod who got back to me. We used this property on our way out of state. When we pulled up there was a garbage cannon the front yard of peppery on its side. There was bags of garbage piled in the garage. The front door was challenging to get in as the lock was loose so the key kept getting stuck. It was confusing too because there was a digital lock and a lock box with three different keys. The garage door also never locked. Anyone could have come and just lifted up the door. Upon entry this house had a strong odor of cigarette smoke. My kids and husband are asthmatic so this was challenging and difficult. The ceilings were lined with black soot or black remnants of maybe a fire? The tvs didn’t work. I tried every remote in every room replacing batteries etc. the internet also never worked. At one point a fuse must have blown because no outlets worked in the front living room. There was black ash all over the ground. I’m not sure where it came from. There were outlets with out the covers and wires coming out of the ground. I have a one year old so had to make sure she stayed clear of these areas. There was also half eaten ice cream in a coffee mug left in the freezer. My biggest complaint would be the odor of smoke. This wasn’t advertised as a smoke inhabited property. There was no check in or check out instructions. A garbage bag was taped on the range fan to act as that screen filter.. there was something heavy and wet inside of it.. it needs a lot of room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness.
