The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was just so so. We decided to eat elsewhere. The area around the tub was mildewed. They allow pets and a big dog was barking every time it heard a sound. It was awful.

Door locks worked sometime. Other room door locks were pulled from the doors. Pool and hot tube inoperative. Computers were down at checkout.

The first room had bugs and the 2nd room was no better. The manager stated oh its just cotton beatles. For the amount I paid, I shouldn't have seen any bugs. The pillow cases were brown and so were the sheets. The toilet seat was peeling and was yellow. The shower, I will just say, don't use, .the bathroom sink would not drain. It was an awful experience and wouldn't recommend this hotel. I'm seeking a full refund. I have pictures and video's I will be posting on social media.

Ir is a lovely hotel. I boked there because it was pet friendly but the list of restrictions for the pet were difficult for us. Our dog is elderly and deaf so its not like I can give her a voice command and expect her to obey. I am in the process of trying to teach her hand signals but her deafness is a relatively new situation. I probably won't book there again because of the resrictions. I understand their purpose but i don't want to spend every second being concerned the job might jump on the couch. The facility is nice and the breakfast was very nice with lots of choices.

Everyone was courteous, breakfast was excellent, Cleanliness was pretty good. Some trash in grounds. We chose this motel because of the indoor pool. However the pool was out if service when we got there, This was not noted on the website. I noted that it should have been! She said the pool had been out for over two years! I said well that absolutely should have been on the website! So we had to take the kids clear across town to the City pool!

I have had great experiences with Hampton Inn in the past, which is why i didn't hesitate to book them for this trip. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast bar was good. However, the pool was out of order as was the fitness room. These were 2 reasons i booked this hotel Additionally, we saw insects on the floor of the lobby more than once and our shower had mold! Come on Hampton Inn, you are better than this!

We took one look and didn't even check in. Drove all the way back to Vernon, Tex to stay in Super 8. i can't fathom why Expedia would risk/ contaminate its credibility by endorsing this homeless shelter/rent by the hour/unsanitary place. What steps can i take to get at least a partial refund?

Check-in took longer than expected because the front desk gal said that working with Expedia complicated their process. She told me that the pool and hot tub were closed and had been for a couple years. I chose this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. But sure enough, they were both bone dry. But that wasn't all that wasn't working. The key card readers on both side doors didn't work. The treadmill in the exercise room didn't work. The first floor ice machine didn't work. It was obvious they didn't care to repair anything. The room was fine and breakfast was fine. But somewhat disappointing overall.

Ac didn’t work! Mold in the bathroom and the bathtub backed up and wallpaper was falling off the walls in the bathroom. Hair in the tub and on the back of the bathroom door.

I had to wait for the desk person to check in, after a couple of minutes the phone started ringing and she came from the office area and helped the person on the phone and then checked me in. I was informed during check in that the pool, hot tub, and washing machine were broken. When I showered in my room, the tub did not drain.

We were in town for our mother's funeral and had an overall great experience, though things were shaky at first. The tenant across the hall had dogs that were barking incessantly. We alerted the clerk, who promptly addressed the issue after reviewing their check-in information which did not show they notified the property they had a dog. Unfortunately, we did have to call the clerk two more times before the tenants removed the dog from the room. Other than that, it appears that no house-keeping occurs outside of normal hours. Three rooms around us placed several trash bags outside of their room, which sat from around 4pm until the following morning. The bed was SO comfortable. We did have restful sleep and no distractions other than the dog. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has gone downhill fast. The room was spacious, but everything felt like it needed a good clean. The bathroom sink would not drain and was so clogged that it had obviously been that way for a while. It was negative degrees outside and we walk in and the room heat was off. It took a while to warm up so we could even take jackets off. Sadly, this hotel has a very nice indoor pool that has been out of commission since covid. Obviously getting it back going is not worth it. There are not many hotel options in this town, but after staying here the past few years, we will try a different one next time.

Nice lobby area with good breakfast options. No soap in bathroom other than shower/bath gel. Friendly front desk, although had issues checking in through the app, like it was brand new. Beds were nice, decor becoming a little dated and wear/tear in bathroom. One of the two best options in town.

Everything was great. You can tell they take care of the property. Only thing I would advise is to get a new card reader for hallway door so it would be easier to exit/enter when walking pets. 99.9% satisfied.

The checkin process is awful but the staff is ok. Lights not working in the room, tv had lines in it and was staticky, the property is not worth 150 a night more like 60 to 80 a night and that’s being generous. It was also noisy.

Worst Hampton Inn we've stayed in
Let me preface this by saying my wife and I live on the road in hotels full time. Shortly after arriving here, I had to step outside and make sure this was a Hampton Inn. Hampton Inn's are usually pretty decent. Not this one. It's very old, and unfortunately not kept up. There was mold in the bathroom, and the wallpaper was peeling off. Very few power plug ins. There were dead roaches on the floor. We like to relax in the hotel's hot tub (we only stay in hotels with hot tubs) wherever we stay. Here, the tub and pool were not in working order, and clearly hadn't been for some time. When we asked the woman at reception about the hot tub, she was flippant to the point of rude about it. Breakfast was okay. Overall, this is a poor representation of what's usually a pretty good hotel chain.
