Great hotel, close to everything and had everything you need if you're traveling and need to re-cooperate. Would definitely stay again!

The property is fairly new - very Boutique, smaller hotel with a Grand feel! The rooms were very well appointed and the Bath area was roomy and comfortable with great shower! What can we say about Gaia other than Exceptional! She made our first stop in Italy the Best! Outstanding customer service all the way around from the entire staff!

This is a very old tired property that needs substantial investment to get back to the required standard. Noisy rooms without double glazed windows, would not recommend.

Beautiful property. Front desk Staff amazing, exceptional 10/10. Hotel was far from tourist attractions and did not have a car . Taxis pretty expensive. You would want to rent a car when you are staying here.

Castello Dal Pozzo is a lovely historical property on lovely grounds. We were given an upgraded room and sparkling wine on arrival. However, the quaint room in the tower had problems with the air conditioning/heating system. It was not working correctly (no cooling on first night, but system gurgled so loudly that it sounded like a waterfall); when we informed staff the next day, they tried to fix it, but when we returned in the evening it was instead blowing hot air and still gurgling a loudly as before - room temp was up to 26C and climbing on warm May evening. We ended up asking staff to turn off the system, which stopped the hot air from blowing, but did not stop the noise. We slept with windows open both nights, but stink bugs flew in by the many dozens.
