The property changed the way you enter into the premise 4 times in our 5 night stay. We were locked out 3 times in 1 day and the final time that same day was at 11:30 pm. When we called YAYS they said they have been emailing us, but we had no emails and no communications with them. They were unwilling to help us get into our rooms at 11:30 pm. We had to walk 15 min to get a key because they changed the locks, these same keys we got at 11:30 pm were then changed again the next morning and we had to get new keys again the next morning. The floors were dirty with crumbs from previous guests. The kitchen table had dried coffee rings and crumbs on it, which I washed off upon checking in. The pillows had brown staining on them. Overall, the time and hassle spent getting access to our unit is not worth staying again. I wouldn’t stay again.

We were travelling a 4 so wanted accommodation that would mean that we were all together rather than 2 hotel rooms. This was perfect for us and made for a very enjoyable stay. Properly was clean and in a good location for Joordan’s shops, bars and restaurants while still only being a 15-20 min walk to the heart of the city. Worked out to be great for us.

Stayed here for 5 days and it did not disappoint. The facility is a short walk to and from Amsterdam Central in the Jordaan area. One can walk or take a short bus ride. The facility is clean, quiet, well-appointed and in a safe area. I like that it was on the edge of Jordaan away from the crowds but close enough to shops and restaurants. Communications with staff began before my stay to ensure a smooth arrival. Staff I interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate recommending this property or staying here again.

Nice apartment near Central Station
The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Two biggest issues were the shower that completely flooded the bathroom when in use and very dull knives.

Very modern, well presented and well equipped property. We were quite surprised at the narrow staircase to get to our apartment, and glad we didn't have big suitcases (there is no internal lift). Terrace and upper floor apartments would be especially challenging for anyone with mobility issues. We were also disappointed that such a well equipped apartment didn't have a washing machine.

Horrible location. Your bed is 10 meters close to train station routes. 20 rails of trains roaring and soaring over your bed, with metal crunching and squeaking every minute day and night. On top, neighbours are partying loudly and moving heavy furniture all night and no staff or front desk reception to complain to.. zero sleep in 3 days. Zero rest. Headaches from superloud trains rocking your bed every minute...not recommended at all. Zero sleep in 3 days..and very expensive for the quality of comfort u get.. life like a homeless sleeping at rails. Spiders on curtains... i have pictures and i will put it in review..very disappointed overall

We had a great stay at the property. It was large enough for a family of four. It is outside of the touristy area so that was a plus. Nice local restaurant down the street and easy walk to the a very trendy and nice neighborhood. Communication with the host was amazing and the check-in process was smooth.

Perfect amount of beds for our family - 2 kids as well as Grandma. Comfy & clean. The check in process was straightforward and I liked that we all had an electronic key on our cell phones. Close to transit (near train tracks but after a few days we didn’t even notice them anymore) & in a great neighbourhood.

The staircase is like a dollhouse staircase, so tiny that you can almost injure yourself very badly. The shower floor is poorly installed, the water goes everywhere

Very conveniently located apartment near Central Station and close to many trams. The apartment is great for a family of 4-5 and it has everything you need to cook a simple meal/breakfast. The only downside is that there is a very narrow staircase if your apartment is not on 1st floor. Be sure to make sure you ask if you have any challenge climbing steep and narrow staircases.

Great apartment, very clean and convenient. Other guests coming in and out and going up and down the stairs was noisy! I dont think think they were trying to be it’s just the way the layout is and very thin walls.

Nice apartment with large windows. A bit out of the way and not on any transit routes. Very comfortable beds and towels with plenty of space. My only annoyance was the shower curtain is short so water often gets all over the bathroom floor. Would return for a short-term trip.

Our family really enjoyed staying here looking out over the canal. We loved the neighborhood and proximity to the quieter more interesting parts of the city. Everything was clean and very comfortable and when we needed to communicate with staff the were friendly, responsive and helpful. We’d come back for sure.

Large, quiet space. Great for a family. Was nice to have a space to come home and relax, not just a room with beds. Great location, walkable to core city sights, food and shopping. Kitchen could have been cleaner and need for more towels and paper products for stay. Otherwise, a great location to see Amsterdam.

The apartment was comfortable for 2 couples. However it would have been better if a few kitchen staples were supplied ( salt & pepper would’ve been nice)

Clean and modern
Clean modern apartment on the canal. Spacious and comfortable. Online check-in process was OK. Instructions to gain access to apartment were clear and easy to understand. No reception in the building, but is availableat one of their nearby properties (10min walk). Good location, easy access to buses, or a 15min walk to the city area. WiFi worked well. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Apartment can be a bit noisy. People could be heard walking around upstairs. Noise from the front entrance door was quite loud (door slammed every time someone cam in or out - should be adjusted to allow for a quieter operation). Overall, well satisfied.
