    "Amsterdam New Years Eve"
Great location and excellent staff. The lobby area, lifts and corridors all looked very impressive and very well kept, however when we got into our room we felt it was very basic and felt quite dated and worn. It was clean and neat, we just felt that it needed a lot of updating. However for all the time we were in the room it was not an issue and we still had a great trip!

"It's good to be the King (and Queen)"
Excellent hotel in a great location. Staff very good and always eager to please. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Only one minor gripe. We had requested a front-facing room with a balcony, which we got. It would have been nice to be able to open a window though, as the room was a bit stuffy. The balcony door wouldn't stay only slightly ajar and there was no openable window.
