Sweet 5 Bedroom, 4 Bath Pool Home 1/2 Mile Walk To Disney

Stunning and highly upgraded pool home perfect for three families. Three cal-king master suites and two children's rooms, both with full over full bunk beds.

Four of the five bedrooms have upgraded carpet. The rest of the home has hardwood laminate flooring and tile throughout. Open-concept kitchen with a dining room and living room. Upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room has seating for six, with additional seating at the countertop and in the living room. Brand new (Apr 2023) sectional sofa with sleeper. A full-size washer and dryer are located off of the kitchen.

The game room, located in the garage, has Ping pong, air hockey, billiards, & toys. Strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats are available for your infant's and toddler's use. All bedrooms have a 47' plasma TVs. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. The rear yard has a beautiful pool, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.

Nice short walk to Disneyland & Disneyland tram. Home has central air and heat. Watch Disneyland fireworks from the back/front yards.

This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANYTIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).

So much reading on contract and check in. Wish it was a little simpler. Place was very clean. Love the space of house. It was hard to find WiFi info. Never did find the round control knob on outside of house to run the hot tub. Further away than 1/2 mile to Disneyland. Overall enjoyed the stay

A perfect Disneyland trip
This home checked all our boxes for a spacious, comfortable property that is conveniently located to Disneyland. Everyone had their own bedroom and a great gathering space to come together when needed. The home was equipped with plenty of paper goods, towels and supplies necessary for our stay. The young adults especially enjoyed the heated pool and game room. The management overseeing this property was clear and communicative throughout our stay. Any house rules or ordinances from City of Anaheim was easy to adhere to. I would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Disneyland or the Anaheim area!

Great Home for a Disney Vacation
This home was a great size for a family vacation to Disney, and so close. It was a 5minute drive to the park. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The home is as advertised and there is plenty of room. There were some cleanliness concerns upon check in, but nothing to deter from booking this home again. I would say communication with the local property manager could be improved. I reached out with questions and never got a response.

Wonderful house in a great location!
Our family (2 girls ages 13 & 17) and family friends (2 kids ages 16 & 19) enjoyed several days at the house. Close to Disney and shopping and great restaurants. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay close to Disney land
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- the property was clean, well maintained and comfortable beds. Communication with the team was easy and they were always very helpful- a 10 minute drive to Disney land- we found instead of parking in the parking garage Uber was more convenient to just be dropped off. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice house
We stayed at this property for our family Disney Vacation. The house fit us perfectly, everyone had there own bedrooms and a nice kitchen and large family room/area. We had an issue with the washing machine and the maintenance guy came within 30 minutes and determined that it was best to replace it and we had a new machine the next day. The pool area was nice and quite. Great place to unwind after Disney and hang out on our "off" Disney days. Would recommend. We had 6 adults and 2 kids 6 and 4.

Overall, we had a nice time staying here on our family visit to Disneyland. There were a few issues and I feel like the manager could have done a better job of communicating/responding to my concerns. A couple of comments: Considering that this was at the higher end of pricing, the house needs a little updating. I texted and left voicemails at several different numbers about some concerns after checking in and didn't receive a response until after we had already checked out and headed home. Really?? The house is 1 1/4 miles to the park entrance, a 30 minute walk. Not a big deal, but certainly not 1/2 mile. The neighborhood was very quiet and the amenities were fine. Parking is a bit limited/restrictive.

Read This - Important Info
The house itself was pretty good with three master bedrooms and two bunk rooms. It was relatively clean and had all cookware needed as well as shampoo/conditioner. Beds are comfortable. The property management was mostly responsive but it took three requests for them to send me a receipt. There are a few things I wish I had known before booking. Here they are: - it takes at least 20 minutes to walk to the entrance of Disneyland. - you cannot go outside on the property at all between 10pm and 9am. Even if you are one person sitting outside, not talking. There are camera to verify this. - the hot tub does not stay on so you need to turn it on and wait for it to heat up each day. It only takes about 20-30 minutes to heat up. - there is a child alarm on the back slider for pool safety. You need to disarm it going in and out of the slider and can only have the door open for 8 seconds at a time. - you cannot park on the street at all -even to unload. This is an Owner requirement, not ordinance. This was annoying because where you can park is around the side of the house so you need to trek your belongings to the door. - no more than 10 people on the property at any time, even your folks stopping by. A sign in the house said 13 but management said 10. - you need to wash and dry pool towels before you go so plan for that. -you have 8 hours from arrival to report anything missing or damaged. I would not stay here again - too restrictive.

This was our family 's second visit to Disney this year. Never was able to take my kids when they were small. Now we can afford to travel a little I was enchanted by the Park and thrilled with the house. The day between park days was spent relaxing by the pool. Much needed down time. Hope to make this a tradition!

House was nice for our family Disney trip. The Good: -House had lots of space for a big family to have their own rooms. -Large couch for relaxing after day at Disney -Pool was nice to have The Bad: -Poor communication with property managers leading up to trip (would not respond to early check-in requests) -House was partially cleaned. Found many dirty articles of clothing under bathroom sinks from previous guest -Hot tub did not heat up warmer than pool temp -Back slider was unlocked upon arrival -Garbage in the yard upon arrival -No response from Property management regarding issues/concerns -Lots of generic communication from management but no actual follow-up. The trip would have got a much higher rating if there was a small amount of care for the expressed concerns.

Descent place
This rental could probably use a bit of freshening up, but it did the job of housing a bunch of people close to Disneyland. It does not seem owner occupied, so there is very little in the kitchen any toys or board games are quite used and missing their pieces. Be prepared to do some heavy shopping. One word of warning is that the storage drawer beneath the oven gets as hot as the oven. My husband burned his hand trying to take out a pan. Also the air conditioner is locked down so you won't get it very cool in the house at night and the air hockey table does not have enough air to work.

Fine but miscommunication
The stay was fine and the property was nice. The pool was clean and property was maintained. However, after our first day there, there had apparently been miscommunication among the staff and they came in and took/threw out all of our groceries that we had just purchased and treats the kids had purchased at Disney. It was a little concerning that someone had come into the property and messed with our stuff. We were later told it was a miscommunication and the cleaning person had come. I’m not sure why a cleaning person wouldn’t notice a fridge of newly purchased food and all our belongings. Management did reimburse us and leave treats for the kids but it left an uneasy feeling. Other than that, there were no complaints about the property.

Enough Bathrooms and Space for a Family of 8 or More!
We've always had a problem booking a home near Disneyland that could accommodate our multi-generational family of eight (6 adults, and two boys, 14 and 11) with enough bathrooms and space for all of us. The grandparents wanted their own bed/bathroom, and their two coupled children, wanted their own bed/bathrooms, and the grandboys wanted their own bed and a shared bathroom. Everyone desired enough space to spread out after busy July days at crowded Disney Parks. This five bedroom, 4 bath home met everyone's needs to perfection! It was a pleasure in the mornings getting ready with no more scrambling and grumbling. No more resentment between family members of who got the "better" room with a bathroom because all three of the King bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom. The boy cousins each had their own bunk bed room whenever they needed a retreat; and, the adults found their own space in the large living room couch area, the outside pool/hot tub area, game room, or bedroom. The mattresses are very comfortable with quality linen, and the kitchen and washer/dryer room is well-stocked with everything you need. Carolyn, our housekeeping contact, is a delight to speak with and so very helpful. Jeff, our maintenance contact, was most responsive when we reported a door frame crack that needed repair work. Both are very professional and courteous. Our family had no difficulty adhering to the contract rules of the house. We definitely will return for our next Disney trip!

Property and location was fine but the property manager kept remotely turning off the hot tub and starting asking us to leave the outside area prior to the time stated in the rules. Also the washing machine was rusted out with holes in it. The backyard has survalence cameras by the pool that the creepy property manager uses to spy on your group.

Great spot for a family Disneyland trip!
This house worked great for us! There were 8 of us, 3 couples, Grandma and the 11 year old. 5 bedrooms let everyone have their own space and the 3 separate master suites were an added bonus. The pool and hot tub was a definite plus and it had everything we needed for a great time to Disneyland. While you could technically walk to the park, it was a little over a mile once you wound your way through to get into Downtown Disney. We ended up renting a car and it was a nice quick drive. Uber was hit and miss because there’s not much money in it for the drivers and we also had 8 people. Everyone agreed we’d love to stay at the house again, it fit our needs perfectly.
