Mountain Oasis Angel Fire

This three-bedroom, three-bathroom home sleeps up to eleven and is centrally located to hiking trails, ski slopes, mountain biking, zip lining, riding stables, and Monte Verde Lake.
This oasis boasts two living areas, both with wood-burning fireplaces and large flat-screen TVs. A large full kitchen with a separate dining area.

Chains or four-wheel drive is a must in the winter!



This house is strictly a vacation rental. We will not be onsite during your stay, you can however message us through the rental site.

Four-wheel drive or snow chains are highly recommended in winter.

Amazing property
The house was beautiful. The views of the mountains were amazing! The wildlife came close everyday. I would love to bring the whole family back for vacation here. We will definitely stay again!

Rough weekend
The location and house would've been great, had housekeeping been there before we arrived. We walked into the home and it was not clean (beds unmade, stained sheets, filthy bathrooms and showers, kitchen, full fridge, dirty cabinets, microwave that didn't work, fire and animal mess on floor...) We were told by the owner that a large party had just left the property and he did not know why housekeeping did not come. We then spent our first night exhausted cleaning the home and trying to make it livable. We had 2 nights in the home before it could be cleaned by housekeeping. It was uncomfortable and stressful to say the least. House keeping finally came and did a good job (but was unable to clean the carpet which was stained by animals), and unfortunately by the time that occured, most of our party was leaving. The home owner was quick to respond, kind, apologetic and gave us a fair refund upon request. Still we were offered no explanation as to how or why this happened. I feel there may be a disconnect between the property manager and owners as the home appears to be declining from the pics presented on Vrbo (also used for it's sale in 2020). The final blow came the morning we left as wife and I were alone and spending extra time past check out attempting to leave the home better than we left it. A different housekeeper shower up ready to go, was confrontational with my wife and asked us how long we were going to be as we packed our car. Again the homeowners were kind and apologetic but I strongly feel they need to see the property and the way its being managed. They assured me they would visit in the weeks to come. I am leaving this review as a measure if accountability incase someone walks into the same circumstance, but I sincerely hope not.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful with a beautiful location. The deck is great, we really enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace. It was a really good weekend vacation.

Great place .... roads not paved
Only scary issue is the roads to the property. Got stuck on a main road the gps told me to go. There are other ways to get to property so be careful and use alternate routes of road looks bad.

We enjoyed our stay, had plenty of space, & nice having a hot tub to relax in. Ryan was great to respond to us ASAP & we had a couple minor issues ( not owner fault) & he fixed them immediately!

This home was spacious enough for our big family with plenty of games and movies to watch. It is close to the slopes and conveniently located in the subdivision. Good communication with the manager/owner with our stay. We enjoyed our time together and the beautiful scenery that Angel Fire and Monte Verde Lake have to offer!

Accommodated our family needs bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and kitchen had everything you needed plus more very cozy setting, my mother in law loved the cabin I would highly recommend this cabin and we look forward to our next visit.

Awesome Stay
It was so beautiful! Family had so much fun picking their own room or place to sleep. So many options of movie, game and coloring books. The home was stocked up with books, first aid kits, cooking and baking supplies. We never ran out of blankets or towels a great stay. Can’t wait to book again.
