"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From beginning to end with the rental was wonderful. Communication throughout the process, and timely instructions for access and directions was given. The Bear Hug cabin was cute, and just perfect for Honeymoon number 4 with my bride. GMRs rentals in this area are right in the middle of everything you could want to do on a far North Georgia adventure, fishing, state parks, hiking, etc. and was dog friendly. We visited during a 100% burn ban, but the fireplace and outside fire ring would be wonderful on a cool fall night."

"Check-in was at 4, but not able to access the rental until 530 and cleaner was still there. Floors not swept or mopped, counters not wiped down with crumbs on them. Beds looked like they were not changed with dog hair all in the sheets and the extra bedding looked like it had been used to swipe the floors. The extra sheets were so twisted up and wrinkled and had an off odor to them, the hot tub had scum all on top of it so it was unsafe to use, even though host said it had been drained and refilled. Tub had only been rinsed out as there was still hair and soap residue and toilet still had cleaner in it not flushed. Host was very generous about the inability to check in, he allowed an hour later checkout! The home was not cleaned! Host was full of excuses when advised of the lack of being clean. Said cleaner had too many to clean, traffic (which I did not notice at all). If place had been given a cleaning, it would have been a really nice experience. Had to go buy sheets and blankets just to sleep. Was trying to convince my friends that VRBO was the way to go, but not successful due to the lack of cleaning. : ( Rating of 1 out of 10 for cleanliness, but would be a great place is it had a little more attention to the cleaning. Also, the sewer was leaking under the house that you could smell from the swing. "

"My wife and I stayed at the Honey Bee Cabin and it was amazing. The hot tub was on and the perfect temperature when we arrived which was amazing after and 8 hour drive. The cabin was very clean. The hosts were amazing and responded quickly. 10 out of 10 would definitely stay here again. "
