Would recommend
The staff were really nice and helpful ,you get good space for the price , and it is very well located . The only reason I might not stay again would be parking they do have some spaces and I got one but it seemed very tight for the whole stay and not much availability on the roads around ( that was during off season ) But without a Car I would certainly stay again .

Very nice and quiet hotel. Special thanks to cleaners, rooms always cleaned to the spotless condition. The only issue was with my VIP status which was not recognised here otherwise book with confidence. Recommended.

A Decent Hotel
Located in a lively neighbourhood this hotel is suitable for anyone looking for a decent place to stay at without any special amenities. Very friendly staff and location are the positives . Quality and variety of food leave much to be desired. Basic room with comfortable bed and clean toilet . Nothing spectacular to write about although i believe the outlook and quality of services have deteriorated since i last stsyed there in 2020 maybe fallouts of the Covid Pandemic.

Excellent Location
It is very easy to get confused with the hotels in Alanya near Cleopatra beach because 90% of the hotels have the word 'Cleopatra' in them. Overall a decent experience with this hotel. Amazing location, a 5-minute walk from everything, and the hotel is hidden down the main road away from the noise. You cannot beat the location, it is literally near everything. The room itself was spacious and clean. Good wifi connection and a good large balcony. The elevator is extremely tiny, one person can barely even fit in it! Let alone bringing with you bags. The service was alright - however, they did not provide refreshments or tea/coffee in the room (only one bottle of water on the first day). When we asked for tea at reception they told us you can get it during breakfast if you pay. The shower temperature was controlled - it did not heat very well on the first day - however after a complaint it was fixed. Overall the main positive for this hotel is where it is situated - right in the heart of Alanya with a short distance to the beach/castle/gondola.

Great apartment, nice staff!
Great apartment! Very clean, modern & spacious. Staff were very polite & helpful! 5 minute walk to the beach.. supermarket, restaurants & massage all close by.. The balcony isn’t very private but it wasn’t a problem for us.. definitely recommend staying on this side of the castle, just nicer in general than the other side!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. There was always parking. The suite was incredibly clean. The service was amazing. Every call was answered and handled in less than five minutes including room service. There was nothing missing. The "worst" thing about the hotel was that the elevator was relatively small ,,, but it was negligible .... If I come to Alanya again I will surely return to this hotel. Special thanks to Raoul

A complete home feel

Great little hotel with friendly staff
This apartment hotel is located on a quiet side street with no traffic so our stay was quite tranquil. The only noise came from a close by minaret whre we were woken every night at 5 a.m. for a call for prayers. This affects mainly the rooms facing the rear of the building so we would advise travelers to ask for a front facing room. Our studio room itself was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed, a large flat screen TV and a kitchenette with a full supply of utensils and dishes. The front office manager - and all staff in the hotel - was very friendly and helpful. The free wifi worked fine. There was also a bar and breakfast area. We did not try the buffet breakfast as we did our own breakfast in the room. The Kleopatra beach is only some 100 meters from the hotel, along with a number of good restaurants, bars and a Migros supermarket close by. A word of caution: there are several hotels named after Kleopatra in the area so make sure you find the right one.

Absolutely AMAZING!
Me and my husband stayed at the Kleopatra Suits for over a week - and the stay was amazing from the beginning to the end! The hotel itself designed in modern style and very clean & comfy. The personnel extremely helpful and attending to every need. Breakfast is something to crave for! And last but not least is location - the best area to stay, surrounded by shops, restaurants, parks, full of life but very relaxing at the same time. And the beautiful sea just two minutes walk away! Will definitely stay at Kleopatra Suits again. Thank you all for making our trip wonderful!

A nice place with a couple of problems
Reasonably priced, comfortable hotel with a pleasant staff and good accommodations. Difficult to find, even with a GPS, but persistence pays off --- eventually. Breakfast was an event to be experienced pleasantly. So was the 4 am wake-up from the Mosque next door.Alarming.

Mycket bra hotell med centralt läge nära strand
Jättefint hotell som ligger nära Cleopatra stranden och linbanan upp till Alanya fästningen. Rent, fint, sköna sängar och trevlig personal. Det som vi dessutom uppskattade var att rummet var uppdelat med en "liten vägg/avskiljning ". På ena sidan var en soffgrupp. Ovanför soffgruppen satt aircondition. På andra sidan avskiljningen var sängen. Detta innebar att när aircondition var på så blåste inte den kalla luften rakt på sängen utan gjorde att rummet avkyldes ändå vilket gjorde det skönt att sova. Vi uppskattade hotellet och var nöjda med vår vistelse.

Rikligt fräscht hotell med trevlig och varmblodiga personal som hjälpte till mef än gärna och gav en service där man verkligen kände sig mer än välkommen. Kunde inte bli bättre. 5 min till stranden. Sjukt bra isolering på rummen. Mörkläggningsgardiner. 2 acn på rummen. Nya handdukar nytt lakan varje dag. Sjuk skön säng. Det var riktigt nice. Kommer definitivt komma hit varje gång jag åker till alanya. Bästa någonsin.

Bästa hotellet i alanya
Superbra hotell, nära till allt. Affären ligger 2 minuter bort. Stranden är ca 6 minuter ifrån. Läget är perfekt. Städningen var jättebra varje dag. Dom som jobbar på hotellet vet verkligen vad service är. Jätte bekväm säng och allt var lyxigt och perfekt varje dag. Tack för allt!

Excellent hotel apartment.
The hotel apartment is state of the art. The view to the sea is covered by large water tanks but nice views to the adjacent mountain and cable car. The restaurant area in the hall was too cold.
