Fully Furnished UPPER 2 Bedroom Apartment

Available November 9, 2023. This fully furnished 2 BR/1BA UPPER apartment is super close to all of the entertainment!! In addition to being close to the local major hospitals as well as many medical clinics. This can be rented as a 1 BR (2 people) for $1,500 or a 2 BR (up to 4 people) for $2,000. We provide a comfy bed, desk and chair, shoe rack/bench, large closet with hangers, in each bedroom. Each bedroom also has black out curtains, a large mirror and the option of locking if 2 separate travelers want to each rent a room with full access to the LR, kitchen and bathroom. Relaxing sofa & TV in the living room, bar stools and kitchen island. All bath towels/hand towels/washcloths for the bathroom as well as hand soap and laundry soap! This unit is located above a professional office/commercial business and the landlord is on-site. The unit is best suited for 2/4 and is smoke and pet free. I make it super easy...utilities & WIFI are included! No parking fees & we have on-site laundry facilities. Better than staying in a hotel! You can cook your meals (I provide a crockpot and a fully furnished kitchen) or I can connect you with a gal who can make your meals and drop them off! Hot and fresh, or ready to freeze.
