No-one in on our arrival but notes left and room with spectacular views ready and waiting. All new clean and neat. "Before I booked I read all the reviews and there were those who hated the place and those who obviously loved it so I decided to give it a go. We have a house on the coast so at worst we could have driven back home. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The Fonda is situated right in the centre of a pleasant village and the reception was manned. Only seats with a back was sofa bed otherwise just a couple of benches, shame as outside terrace became a storage area rather than place to sit. However one deosn't expect much from ski resorts. "We enjoyed our stay at Pierre & Vacances Andorra Bordes d'Envalira. They staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was convenient and the living space was good. There was plenty of room in the main bedroom to store skis and gear. Our main issue was the parking is very tight and not included in the price. If you do park under the property you'll need to go around the block and down a hill to locate it. To leave the parking lot you'll need to scan your pass at the beginning of the exit tunnel. "
