Amazing
The location was centrally located and the front desk Lady Dominique was very helpful in getting our luggage to the room for us. And had great suggestions for walking to lunch and dinner. The view was amazing for relaxing & having a bottle of wine for sunset over the bay.

The staff cannot do enough for you they always have a smile on there face , even the cleaners were polite and couldnt do enough for you . The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard would highly recommend

The hotel has an premium location close to everything. The shower room is very modern; the bed is comfortable. Breakfast on the balcony outside the room was a pleasure. It was also so nice to have a small complimentary canale by a cup of coffee. .

Our first vacation in two years due to COVID! We enjoyed our stay immensely, thank you for the awesome staff that made this possible. Wonderful clean/comfortable room with a balcony made our stay homey and hassle free. The hotel location is amazing, right by the beach front! Parking facility on premise making it very practical, as parking in the city is problematic. Hotels COVID sanitary regulations are strict and taken very seriously which suited us perfectly as we are extremely finicky with this regard. Thank you again hotel team for making our stay so comfortable and extremely enjoyable!

Comfortable and Good Location
The hotel is cute and well-located, pretty much right on the beach in a busier part of Arcachon. Rooms were comfortable but no frills, and on the small side. A typical 4 star hotel experience for France.

Fantastic location, but tricky to find due to 1 way system! Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful, room clean , probably needs a little updating but overall a very pleasant stay.

Excellent value, great location
Very reasonably priced small hotel directly across from the beach. Our room was spacious by French standards and had a large (shared) terrace facing the bassin. Our kids’ room was about the same size w/o view but was ridiculously inexpensive. Our bath was compact but modern. Plenty of hot water, good pressure, etc. No shortage of towels. Housekeeping was very efficient. Wifi was free and fast. Parking charge was reasonable. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel although the terrace made it tempting. Many good restaurants within an easy walk of the hotel. No need to pay more elsewhere; we will be back on our next visit to Arcachon.

Alright but not great
The room said it was soundproof but it most definately wasn’t. The noise from outside was awful. The car park is very awkward and cramped for space but secure. Bathroom was also very small. Breakfast was wonderful and the beds were comfy.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff and great food
The room was lovely the balcony was nice the food was great! But we think the breakfast room could have had some windows or maybe a view . But over all we had a great time at your hotel thank you!

Arcachon - great location.
Great location and great hotel. The staff was wonderful - welcoming and helpful. We were traveling by bicycle and the hotel provided secure underground parking.

Nice hotel in lovely area
We loved the Arcachon area and the hotel is just half a block from the beach and many restaurants. We had a family room that was very well laid out....the bunks were in a separate little room, and a small patio included. The room was not kept clean in a consistent manner, meaning it depended on who cleaned. A broken glass on the rug sat there for days even though we asked twice for it to be vacuumed. We also did not receive clean glasses or morning coffee provisions consistently. We bought those at the grocery store to make sure there was morning items. The hotel also had some beach chairs and umbrellas which they were kind enough to let us use. The reception staff was accommodating and helpful. Wifi was inconsistent.

Optimal hotel in Arcachon!
Really great location in Arcachon, right on the beach, near all the action. Staff are outstanding, and love their guests! Family room was a bit snug, bunk beds aren't for tall kids, but we made it work. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Arcachon.

Central Arcachon hotel
Having booked we paid extra for a sea view, which on the 1st floor was'nt much of a view. Bed very comfortable and the room was very quiet at night. Very central but expensive to park the car which was necessary as there was nothing nearby. No restaurant but not too much of a problem as plenty of choice nearby.

Perfect location in the heart of the pier
The clerk was just so friendly to start. The room was a charming mix of trendy and hip with that unique French charm and quality. We had a great balcony and enjoyed every second of rest in this spot. More than anything we enjoyed the location. It was right on the pier next to the ferry from Cap Ferret. Restaurants along the water were just amazing...and the shopping and foot traffic part of town were just blocks away. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Good Beach Hotel
Great location by the beach and in centre of town. Our room had a terrace (no view) but it was nice to be able to sit outside. Breakfast expensive, but lots of choice. Very friendly and helpful staff.

On the Beach.
We spent two days in Arcachon an the Hotel is a very good place to stay. You Are near to the Beach and the shopping streets and the nice marketplace.the straff was very helpful and serviceminded. Nice breakfast.

Great but parking is hard
Almost everything was excellent. But there was one problem. The parking garage had a low ceiling. This is a problem. You can break the roof of you car or an antenna if you have a large car. Unfortunately the hotel stuff does not provide any warning to this situation.

family hotel excellent location
we chose this hotel due to its location and reasonable rates - not many hotels have family rooms! On first impressions, we were impressed with the modern foyer and friendliness of staff. The underground carpark was also very handy (a must in Arcachon during peak season). The room was airy and we had a small terrace with garden view. Maid-service was reliable and our room was always clean and tidy. The room was also quiet and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, though for 14 euros we would have expected a better range of hot food, but the continental choice was fair. We used the stairs quite alot as we all got stuck in the lift for a few minutes! Our hosts were extremely apologetic and we didnt let it spoil our day! All in all, a reasonably priced hotel with family rooms in an excellent location. We will definitely stay again

Very nice and Convenient
Hotel was very well located just off the beach. Our room was not beach front, but we still enjoyed the balcony. The staff was very helpful. A big plus was that you can borrow beach towels from the hotel to head down to the beach. Also, a bicycle rental place was directly next door. Would definitely stay there again.
