Compact, well-situated flat
Perfect for an out-of-season stay. Walking distance for the main parts of town. Appartement had all we needed. I imagine parking will be harder, and paying, during the summer.

Un accueil irréprochable. Un logement conforme aux photos et à la description. Un emplacement plus qu'idéal ( on n'entend pas le train). L'arrêt du bus pour aller à la dune du Pilat est sur le trottoir d'en face. Bref des vacances à refaire !

Très bon séjour
Le logement est propre et conforme à la description. Très proche de la gare qui est le terminus de la ligne donc pas de bruit. Et le «double-double» vitrage est vraiment un plus. J’ai vraiment apprécié cet endroit. J’y reviendrai sûrement.

Très bel appartement
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est très bien isolé et les équipements proposé sont très appréciable. Lors de notre arrivée nous avons trouvé du pain sec qui été tombé derrière le frigo et du sable sur le sol. A part ça l'appartement est très, bien exposé et est assez grand pour 2.

Arcachon bd près de la gare
Seul l' emplacement est intéressant, bien que passant au niveau voitures. Vous pouvez manger sur la terrasse vers 21h en juin sans nuisance sonore . Le reste de la location n'est ni fait ni à faire. La propriétaire mécontente de mes dires , me réclame la somme d 45€ pour le ménage et des frais de facturation au motif que j'ai bloqué la bonde du lavabo ds la salle d'eau. J ai fait le ménage comme je le fais dans les autres locations où je descend habituellement. Aucun des propriétaires ne s'est plaint jusqu'à présent et s'il le faut je peux fournir des attestation de leur part sur l'état irréprochable des maisons occupés par moi. Villas de 150 M2 ou de 120m2 au fil des saisons L appartement doit être de 40m2 Quand à la bonde bloquée, elle omet de dire la véritable raison. Étant d une mauvaise foi évidente, je ne peux que vous déconseiller cette location. J ajoute que je descend régulièrement sur le bassin d'Arcachon ( puisque ma famille est du sud ouest ) et c'est la première fois que je tombe sur un tel endroit. Je suis égalent habituée à voyager à l'étranger et je suis tjs bien tombée quelque soit le mode d'hébergement choisi. Cette propriétaire m'a dit que c'est la première fois qu'elle louait et bien ça se voit! Je suis d'une nature souple et adaptable mais face à la mauvaise foi, je le suis moins. Cordialement P. Klare Empfehlung!
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles, was man benötigt, inklusive einer kleinen Spülmaschine. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin und der Kontaktperson vor Ort war sehr freundlich und schnell. Beide waren sehr herzlich und insbesondere nachsichtig, als wir unsere Pläne kurzfristig ändern mussten. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns sehr praktisch, weil sie direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof liegt, aber trotzdem sind es nur 8 Minuten zum Strand. Das einzige, was noch verbessert werden könnte, wäre, wenn es WLAN gäbe. Wir würden aber jeder Zeit wieder hier übernachten!
