“酒店距离佛罗伦萨ZTL不远，步行至大教堂和米开基罗广场差不多半个小时的时间，客房很干净明亮，早餐不错，不限量，可自取，前台也热情，住了一晚，没啥可抱怨的。对自驾客来说，最合适，省缺了停车的麻烦。缺点：就是大门容易错过，如果导航要求“右转”的话，你要在前面小路马上右转，因为在向前十米就是一条有红绿灯的大道，如果你在这右转的话，就错过酒店的大门了。又要绕一圈回来了，就像我一样。”

“非常好的体验。位于佛罗伦萨近郊的村庄山上，空气非常好。虽然感觉距离市区有些远，但是坐公交车也只是十几分钟，有公交车直达火车站，所以也非常方便。客房只有六个，我们订了四个，其实就是一个小别墅，有庭院，可以在庭院里享受早餐和下午茶，休闲住宿是个非常好的地方。尤其是店老板是一家三口，非常热心，在出租车没有约到的情况下愿意开车送我们去机场，让我们非常感动。”

“An amazing hotel. You won't expect you will stay at such an excellent place. Villa Carlotta is an elegant villa (yes, it is really a villa) with historical looking and modern accommodation. There are free private parking spaces within the villa. It is not far from the central Firenze. You can even walk to the downtown within 30 minutes. The breakfast is outstanding, for both food and place. We took some pictures in wedding dress here. Thank you. It is definitely one of the most wonderful places……

"整體來說，房間非常不錯，空間還算大的。 但是隔音較為差，到了晚上樓上房行走到會聽到聲音。但是整體都是非常好的經驗。 早餐就是一概外國西式早餐，我們帶了杯麵在晚上到餐廳門外地方加熱水服務員很好的幫我們添加更熱的熱水泡杯麵，亦是很讚的。 我們是非常早的時候，需要離開到機場，前台的服務員亦很好幫忙我們叫車。"
