“Very clean and large room. Good hot tub. Good breakfast. Had to ask where it was because I could not find a big sign.”

The hallway leading to our room had in-room trash receptacles full of trash and food containers outside several rooms as if guests appeared to be tenants rather then nightly guests. The hallway also had an odor of trash. The trash was not emptied until the cleaning staff emptied them mid morning the next day. The check-in staff was friendly yet could have utilized her time more throughout the evening. The morning……

“We saw multiple mice during our three-day stay. When we contacted the host, he said this happens and he already knew about it, and there was poison in the kitchen. He never apologized or offered to make it right. We ended up leaving early due to the number of mice that we saw. The house was also left unlocked for multiple hours before we checked in with keys visible on the counter. We did not feel safe or comfortable staying in this property.
