"Beginning in the early 1970s through the early 2000s, my daughter and I used to vacation at a family-owned cabin on Castle Rock Lake (long since sold off) . We have reminisced often about this area of Wisconsin and on an impromptu basis, just a few days before making a reservation, we decided to rent a cabin for a few days so that could revisit some of our favorite hiking and "hang out" spots. The Full Moon Cabin was perfectly situated for our visit."

"Overall, the property was very nice, and was the perfect size to accommodate all of us that were staying. I loved the location as it was back in the woods, quite, semi-private, and offered plenty of land to enjoy a bonfire, and recreational activities with my friends and family. "Everything was great except the last day we were there, we renewed our room for an extra night and were not told the pool and hot tub were closed for the day, we could have went to another one of their properties which we had done the day before but swimming at another location is a hassle. Also we tried four of the indoor pools and all were pretty cold. There was one at the treescape that was bearable the others were not, we couldn’t even really get in the one at the vue. Other guests felt the same way. "
