“We loved this large, beautiful home in a safe and friendly neighborhood for our private school group of 15. We used public transit from the airport to the house, traveling to the national mall every day to visit smithsonian museums and national monuments. We chose this place because it has so many bathrooms, plenty of space, and it's right next to the bus stop-- and it's gorgeous! It was immaculate. The beds were comfy, the kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals, and safeway was only a mile……

This home afforded us the opportunity to relax in a comfortable environment, team without interruptions, and have a comfortable, quiet place to sleep.The home was clean and as advertised. The host was responsive and accommodating. We hope to use this space again when we return for the same conference next year.”

“We had a group of 8 women attending a conference in Washington DC stay together. The space was perfect for us with each bedroom having its own bath and gathering space to accommodate the whole group. We were also pleasantly surprised that all 8 of us could shower and get ready at the same time with no issues. Location was great for either driving or using car service to get to/from events. We agreed we would also stay there again - a great overall rating from the group. Thanks for sharing……

“We were in town for a concert with our kiddos. This condo was perfect for us. Its in a beautiful neighborhood. Quiet and very comfortable. Also, perfectly located for easy access to DC with lots of restaurants, cafes and coffee shops within walking distance. Our host was very kind and responsive when I had questions regarding check-in. Would absolutely stay here again if we have the opportunity to return. ”

“This is a really nice,new house with plenty of room and all amenities. Two coffee makers (drip and K-cup), great kitchen, nice office and really up-to-date technology through-out.Highly recommend for groups 4”

“Near new small house with all the necessities and some nice extras. Stayed for nearly a month and was very comfortable. Jeff is an exceptional host. Location is on a quiet street. You just can’t go wrong if you stay here for work or pleasure.”
