Lovely apartment with a beautiful terrace view
I stayed at Casa Fusco for a week with my wife and two children (5 and 2). The accommodation is as described, very clean and with a stunning view from the terrace. Location-wise it is perfectly situated to explore (by car) the Costa Smerelda and there are some absolutely stunning beaches all within a 20min drive. Local amenity wise, there are 3 supermarkets a 10min walk away or 2mins by car. In the same plaza there is also a pharmacy, a cafe/snack bar, shop and restaurant. Just around the corner is also an amazing Gelateria which served us (and particularly our kids) very well indeed! We also stumbled on an amazing children's play-ground (Okidoki) down the hill from the gelateria (5min walk from the apartment) which the kids loved and was very handy for some much needed energy burning! Overall, if/when we do come back to Sardinia I think we can easily see ourselves coming back to the same place as it is hard to fault to be honest. Word of advice: when arriving, be prepared to head to the supermarket pretty quickly as there were no basics like toilet paper, hand wash, washing up liquid etc.

Best place to stay in Costa Semaralda
Nice and easy contact to the landlord. Very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very well furnished, has comfortable beds and a stunning view to the sea and cove of Cala di Volpe. We stayed several times in apartments at Costa Smeralda., this choice is definitely the best. A 100% recommondation from us. We will come back for sure.

Anche quest'anno Casa Simone si è rivelata perfetta per le nostre esigenze
Come promesso siamo tornati anche quest'anno. Casa Simone è una casa essenziale ma molto comoda, spaziosa con un piccolo portico e un giardino vermante ben curato. A pochi minuti a piedi sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari per una vacanza (supermercato/bar/tabaccaio/giornalaio/farmacia/...) e a pochi minuti di macchina sono presenti tutte le più famose spiagge della zona. Consigliatissimo come base per chi vuole passare le proprie vacanze in Costa Smeralda. Ci vediamo il prossimo anno! Grazie

Wunderschöner Blick
Es war angenehm und ruhig. Wir sind in der Nebensaison verreist. Der Blick auf die See und die Berge war wunderschön. Handtücher und Bettbezug waren vorhanden. Klimaanlage funktionierte. Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Die Größe der Wohnung war angemessen. Die Einrichtung hatte Charme. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge war die Örtlichkeit geeignet. Es scheint, als würde dort noch einiges an Wohnungen gebaut werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das sagt unser Kind zur Unterkunft: ich fand die Unterkunft schön. Das große Bett war toll. Der Garten und die Aussicht von der Terrasse haben mir gefallen. W-LAN funktiiniertr nicht. Trotz Nachfrage haben wir es nicht anbekommen. Uns war es wichtig und deshalb für uns ärgerlich. Auch war das Passwort an der Wand schwer lesbar und Netzwerkname fehlte. Die Küchenausstattung war in Ordnung. Die Küchenmesser müssten dringend geschärft werden. Eine Gasflamme am Herd funktionierte nicht, so dass wir die Cafeteria nicht benutzen konnten . Hier und da könnte mal eine Schraube nachgezogen werden. Das Sofa hat bereits bessere Tage gesehen, insgesamt war die Einrichtung jedoch stimmig und geschmackvoll. Alles war sauber und gut vorbereitet und der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Kommunikation vor Ort mit Vermieter nur auf Italienisch möglich, durch Google Übersetzungen war das jedoch kein Problem . Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft in Top-Lage.

Tolles Haus
Tolles, großzügiges Haus in sehr guter Lage. Service (Agentur und Check-in und Check-out) hat sehr gut funktioniert - sehr freundlich, reaktiv, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert. Wenn man etwas kritisieren wollte, dann dass die Türen und Schubladen alle sehr schlecht schließen und das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Toll wäre es, wenn es eine Spülmaschine gäbe. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Alles hat geklappt
Vom Bezug bis zur Abgabe hat alles gut geklappt. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und liegt ideal um im Landesinneren Erkundungen zu realisieren oder die diversen Strände und Orte an der Costa Smeralda ab zu klappern. Ein Auto ist dafür zwingend, aber auch sicher über Nacht parkiert.

Tolle erhöhte Lage
Kleines Haus in einer gated community mit großem Garten. Die Terrasse ist von einer Außentreppe erreichbar und bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht und angenehme Erfischung am Abend nach einem heißen Tag. Das Haus ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Eine Spülmaschine würde die Sache ganz rund machen. Trotzdem empfehlen wir die Unterkunft wärmstens. Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Fast sensationell !
Wir waren Ende Mai für 12 Tage in der Ferienwohnung Casa Mate und haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Casa Mate ist eine moderne und sehr gut eingerichtetes Ferienwohnung mit großem Garten und einer tollen möblierten Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Klimaanlagen und WLAN funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Anlage befindet sich in Abbiadore, einem idealen Ort zum Erreichen der Hotspots der Costa Smeralda. Einziger Nachteil (und daher nur 4 Sterne): Es gibt keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme.

Seconda volta che rimango in questa bellissima casa ad Abbiadori posizionata in un posto splendido vicino dai supermercati, farmacie , etc e anche dal mare, il personale dalla prenotazione fino al arrivo e sempre stato gentilissimo e attentissimo a qualsiasi richiesta...consigliatissimo per famiglie, noi sicuramente ritorneremo

Disappointments: - Casa Simone it is an adjoining house, with a small garden, and you need to be tall if indeed you want to have a view on the sea - the collective garbage outside the condominium does not make the surroundings so attractive - we would have appreciated a microwave and a toaster - hot water had to be fixed after our arrival and we run out of cooking gaz during our stay. It was then resolved. Positive points: - Abbiadori is well located to have access to all the Costa Smeralda - the condominium was very quiet during our 2 weeks stay (first 2 weeks of August) - The design of the condominium is quite nice

Petite maison agréable
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette location. Petite maison au sein d'une résidence très calme. Maison propre et fraîche malgré l'absence de clim. Très bonne literie. Petit jardin avec gazon , olivier et palmier. On est à l'ombre pour manger. Il y a des supérettes à 3 minutes en voiture. Proche des belles plages du coin. Très agréable.

Huis was schoon, goed uitgerust met alle benodigdheden. Centraal gelegen. Bedden en hoofdkussens zijn aan vervanging toe. Slaapkamer grenst aan woonkamer buren en dat gaf geluidsoverlast.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Garten in schöner Lage
Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung "Casa Mate". Was wir toll fanden: + Schöner Garten und tolle Dachterrasse + Meerblick + sehr helles, sonniges Wohnzimmer (Süden und Osten) + sehr schönes, helles Esszimmer (Wintergarten mit Blick ins Grüne und aufs Meer und Fenster nach Süden und Westen) + Wohnbereich insgesamt schön hell + gute, ruhige Lage in Sackgasse (mit dem Auto 3 Minuten zum Einkaufen, 7-10 Minuten an verschiedene Strände, 30 Minuten nach Olbia) + netter Kontakt, der uns flexiblere An- und Abreise ermöglicht hat + Waschmaschine + Klimaanlage / Heizung inklusive + zwei separate Bäder Was noch besser sein könnte: - Matratzen sollten demnächst erneuert werden - es fehlt ein Staubsauger - Küche könnte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein (schärfere Messer) - da wir vermutlich die ersten Gäste in 2016 waren, schien noch Staub in der Luft und den Bettdecken zu hängen Wir waren Ende April da und konnten die Wohnung bei jedem Wetter sehr genießen (bei Sonne draußen), bei Wind und Grau im schönen Wohnzimmer. Es war zwar noch volle Nebensaison, der nahe Supermarkt (mit Bäckerei) im Ort waren jedoch (schon) an sieben Tagen / Woche geöffnet (Sonntags bis 13h00) und die Gegend bietet viele schönen Strände, aber auch Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unser Fazit: Uns hat die Wohnung und unser Urlaub sehr gut gefallen und wir überlegen schon jetzt nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen! Noch zwei Hinweise: Wir waren mit zwei 10 monatigen Babys da und es ging halbwegs die Wohnung babysicher zu machen. Es gibt jedoch zwischen Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer und auch in den beiden Schlafzimmern zum Flur jeweils drei relativ hohe Stufen die ggf. für Kleinstkinder die gerade erst laufen können eine Gefahr darstellen könnten. Und ein Hinweis zur Küche: es gibt zwar eine Filtermaschine wie man sie in Deutschland gewohnt ist, jedoch sollte man seine Filter von zu Hause mitnehmen. Wir haben in keinem einzigen Supermarkt auf Sardinien Kaffeefilter finden können (neue Filtermaschinen jedoch schon ...)! :)

Casa Mate Sardinien
Wir waren im November 2015 zu dritt (mit 2J Kind) für 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus in guter Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und im Haus nichts vermisst. Temperaturen um 20 Grad, trocken und sehr sonnig, dennoch ist die Costa Smeralda zu dieser Zeit absolute Nebensaison. Da hat man eine Bucht mit schönem Sandstrand auch mal ganz für sich allein. Porto Cervo ist eine Geisterstadt und von Olbia gehen mal nur 4 Flüge am Tag. Das macht alles sehr entspannt. Nur darf man in direkter Nähe keine offene Gastronomie erwarten. Wir mögen die Nebensaison und kochen sehr gern mit den italienischen Zutaten. Abwicklung rund um das Haus war sehr gut und effizient, alles kein Problem. Zu empfehlen.
