Weekend Away

Perfect Accommodations for Small Group!
We were thrilled with this VRBO property! It is a beautiful townhouse with plenty of room! The decor is lovely. Every single thing was spotless and welcoming. The property was clearly described and the management was in constant communication with us as we prepared to arrive. NO problems at all! We are already planning to book this property again for future trips. Thank everyone involved in making our stay perfect!

Happy New Year
Great property in the heart of "everything Asheville". So close and convenient to everything- we simply kept the car in the public parking garage for three days. Hated to leave- we will definitely book again!

Great weekend in Asheville
This is a very nice property. Really enjoyed the location and ease of access. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms come with all the essentials. We had 6 adults and all were very pleased. We did not cook a lot, but the kitchen was well appointed if you did. All in all, it is an excellent rental. So easy to walk around. Great cocktail bar in the same building (They have a.m. coffee too) Parking is easy in a nice deck out back.

Amazing!
Really enjoyed the location, penthouse, cleanliness and access to everything Asheville! The food court and bar in the building was an added bonus. One thing to note on VRBO is that it states fireplace and hot tub in the description which is not the case. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you!

It was a nice condo in the heart of the city, very walkable, and had everything we needed. The parking garage was close by for a reasonable price. It's a unique property with having to go through the S&W food hall to get to the condo. If you're visiting on a Friday night, enjoy the drum circle!

Very Happy
Our unit was very clean and our location could not have been better. Downtown was right around us. Parking is the only issue. There is a public parking garage about a block away. There’s no loading or unloading in front of the building, so pack accordingly. We would definitely come again!!

good location but a bit dated
this rental is all about location and it was a great location. I would mention that because it's in the center of town, the area can be a bit loud. But overall it was a great spot.

Location, location, location
Beautiful condo with prime location in town. Easily walk anywhere and there’s a food court on the street level. No need to cook a thing. Rooms and beds were comfy, outside area was especially private, for being where it is in the front. Very special stay in a very special place.

The property was spacious and clean. Great central town location. A bit loud in the evening, but mostly quiet after 10 It lacked basic shampoo/conditioner/body lotion, etc. which I expected as have had those items in other VRBO rentals. Also, heating system didn't work quite as well as I might like.

Perfect Location Roomy Accommodations
We loved almost everything about this property. The location is perfect, it was very clean and there was so much room inside and out for six people to be together and not in top of each other. The only issue was the elevator. We could not use this as some tenants were stuck in the elevator the first night we arrived. We had a wedding ti attend so we didn’t trust it after they said it was fixed. Good thing because others were stuck on subsequent days. Then in the last day one of our guests took the elevator and we as stuck in there for 20 minutes. When the Fire Department came they said that it had been happening all weekend long. This needs to be fixed

This beautiful place, tucked away in the middle of the city is perfect! You can walk to everything and not have to worry about driving everywhere. The place was perfect for our needs, very clean, and quite spacious. I would highly recommend!

Well appointed apartment in the middle of downtown Asheville
This is a well appointed, very comfortable apartment in the middle of downtown Asheville, right across from the Drum Circle. It has a great food court on the first floor and felt very safe with the secure/coded elevator and entrance. Everything is in walking distance. Great beds, lots of towels and a kitchen with anything you would ever need. The only difficulty was parking/unloading but the host gave us excellent options for parking garages. They were easy to reach (we needed help with WiFi) and called on day 2 to make sure we had everything we needed. There were three couples and we were more than comfortable! Would rent here again for sure!

Everything we needed and more!
We loved our stay! Tons of space, and all members of our group had their own rooms and bathrooms. The location was ideal - within walking distance to our favorite restaurants and the Orange Peel, where we saw a concert. We especially liked being above the food hall for some quick and tasty meals. One thing to note is that the square across the street on Friday night was loud with some street musicians and singers (drums and amplified karoke, it seemed), which went late into the night. This kept a few of us awake until it stopped. So I suggest bringing a white noise machine or app to help drown out the noise should it occur. No other issues with noise apart from that one evening. Would definitely stay here again - it's perfect for groups of friends and famiily.

Perfect getaway!
We had a wonderful “Moms getaway weekend” in Asheville. The place was roomy and cozy and perfectly equipped. The location is perfect to walk everywhere and the loft was exceptionally clean. My only caution is you do hear a bit of the downtown noise at night. That only bothered a few. Otherwise perfect spot!

Unbeatable Location
You could not find a better, more centrally located apartment. Not only are you steps from incredible food, but it also makes a perfect tour starting point for some of Asheville's best breweries. And the patio is such a great added bonus. I will be back and keep recommending this rental to my friends.

This unit served us very well during our time in Asheville. It was quite spacious which worked well for our family. The location was fantastic - the unit is above a bustling, popular food hall in Downtown Asheville. This location makes it incredibly easy to access all that Asheville has to offer, sometimes without even leaving the building.

Amazing condo and an incredible location!
We LOVED our stay! My wife and I stayed here with our three young adult/teenage kids. We all loved the condo. It was clean and beautiful inside. We all loved spending time on the balcony. The food court downstairs came in handy a lot (especially for our kids constant hunger). Great restaurant and shopping were right outside our door. We would definitely stay here again!

This downtown apartment was perfect for my husband and me and our three teenage boys. Perfect location for heading out for shopping and eating after a day of hiking and biking in Pisgah. Enjoyed a long weekend in Asheville. Apartment is well located near lots of cute shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our visit to the Biltmore as well - very short drive from the apartment. Directions to the nearby parking garage were quite clear and very helpful given the construction underway. The “food hall” on the first floor of the building had a fun vibe and was handy the one evening we didn’t want to go out. Highly recommend this apartment should your travels take you to Asheville.

Great location to explore
This property is in excellent condition and is exactly as described in the listing. It is well-stocked and an easy place to stay. We didn't need to get in touch with management about anything, but it was clear that they were available if needed. We loved being able to walk to area restaurants after hiking and exploring during the day. We always found parking in the garage behind the building. We would stay here again.

Awesome Spot in excellent location
We really enjoyed renting this property! It was in an excellent location, we walked to everything--all we needed from food and shopping was within 3 blocks, most of it within 1-2. The unit is very well laid out. Master suite downstairs was the room we were in and it was very a comfortable stay, great closet and bathroom. I highly recommend this unit! Perfect for couples traveling together.

Stayed in Asheville to see our son perform for NYE at Orange Peel and the Arena. Condo was centrally located. Could walk most everywhere. A little odd at first walking through food court to get to reevator, but was fine. Good amount of space for our party. Nice outdoor patio to hang and kitchen has everything. We could not have been happier! The apartment is extremely large and more than enough room for all five of us. The location is unbeatable! We could step out of our building and restaurants and shops were right out the door. The only time we had to drive anywhere was to Biltmore. We will definitely stay here again.
