Peaceful Relaxing Week
We had such a great time in this very relaxing peaceful home. We arrived with the only already having given us detailed instructions and welcome. Everything we needed for our stay was there and more! We all enjoyed the beautiful steam shower and comfortable beds. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Lots of trees and nature to enjoy. This is a hidden gem in Marietta. The pictures don't do it justice. I would 100% stay with my family here again. Thank You!

Thanksgiving Trip
Stayed and hosted Thanksgiving day meal for approximately 9 family members (only 5 of us were staying at the house). The accommodations are as listed and we were able to prepare our meal without an issues. Janine was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay
The property was very clean and comfortable. Very close to Truist park and the neighborhood was quiet. The host was great and responded to our needs quickly. I will definitely stay again if I am headed to Marietta!

Quaint house in a cute & quiet neighborhood
This house was perfect for our stay to go see the Atlanta Braves play ball at Truist Park. Everything was as described and our host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would recommend this property and definitely stay again!

Great Location, Great Property
We just needed somewhere to stay while visiting family in Marietta and this worked well for us and our 3 kids. Janine emailed everyday of our stay to check in. We had no issues with our stay but appreciated her proactive approach. Will definitely book again when in town and highly recommend.

Great stay!
Property was everything pictured. Beds were comfy and the showers were a plus!! Perfect place for my family to stay while in town to enjoy the Braves. Great community!! Would stay again.

5-day Trip-Overall Good
Great place---the only thing that we didn't like was the motion detector lights. With a family of 5, when anyone would get up in the middle of the night, hall light would immediately go on as well as the bathroom light. We did lose sleep over it.

Doesn’t get any better
The house was perfect for us. In a good location with plenty of things very near, but not too close. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of room in the house. Great updates. Everything worked properly. Owner was excellent with communication. WiFi was good. No complaints whatsoever. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely home, great homeowner communication
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Janice is an excellent host and was on top of communication from start to finish. The house was exactly as advertised, plus a few thoughtful extras including water bottles, coffee pods, etc. We would definitely stay again if/when we return to Marietta!

Don't judge a book by its cover
The property has been completely redone on the inside. The outside? Not so much. The work that has been done to the inside shows a lot of attention to quality. The outside needs some updating, but that did not detract from the quality of the property or the stay.

Modern Home Close to the Battery
We came to Atlanta for a baseball tournament! This house was perfect for my family! Plenty of space and the house was close to the battery and mall! Plenty of restaurants and a Publix just down the road! The hosts were amazing and the house was clean and came stocked with everything you would need! From shampoo to laundry detergent! The spa shower was amazing and a treat!

It's the fireplace and aromatherapy steam shower for me!
We had a relexing stay at Janine's property. She made everything easy. Her instructions were clear and precise. I didn't feel like I had to remember a lot of rules, frankly if I'm on vacation I don't want to think alot and want my mind to be at ease. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shopping and eateries. When I had questions she responded quickly, was accommodateing and offered solutions. The fireplace was amazing , and the steam shower was heavenly! We really enjoyed our stay! Janine was a great host...

A M A Z I N G Stay!
My daughter is a KSU student and it was move out and her Birthday weekend. We wanted a place that was close but that we could have meals and play games as a family, this house was perfect. We had the pleasure of staying at 🏵Modern Open Home 🎖Chefs Kitchen🎖3 Full baths. This house is amazing!! The neighborhood was close to the school as well as shopping and groceries. The kitchen is a true chefs dream and has lots of open space. The main room spa steam shower was a favorite it is a true spa feel and was an AMAZING treat. It was very accommodating for our family. The house had everything we needed as far as the bathroom, kitchen, cleaning and even laundry detergent. The Hosts, Janine and Julius were very responsive, helpful and attentive. I absolutely would recommend this beautiful home and will return very soon. -April D.
