Thankfully we only stayed one night. We were in a room right next to the elevator and could hear it pretty loud. Closet doors would not close very easily and they were broken. We loved the full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles that were hung in the shower, but the conditioner was almost empty, barely enough for 2 people. Overall we would stay here again.Its in a nice area and private. We’d request not to be next to the elevator.

The water broke, had no water. Room was not what i booked without fixing it. They told us it was a city water issue yet there were plumbers there working on it. Booked 3 months in advanced and i didnt get the room i bought. Otherwise fine stay.

The space was wonderful and very roomy. I enjoyed the kitchen area and the division of the bed and the living area.
The staff was awesome. The hotel should renovate and update the rooms because it is a nice place.
Very friendly and cheerful staff. Excellent breakfast bar. Room was nice with good bed and air conditioner. Excellent distance to Avalon and downtown Alpharetta shops. Good place to stay

Booking was canceled and no notice. They cancelled a third bookings they had accepted and didn’t bother to tell anyone. We had to find another hotel last minute.

The room was much smaller than I expected. Funny smell in the room. The faucet in the shower was very loose when you pull the lever for the shower. The AC/heat unit was very loud intermittently.
Everything was good except house keeping. We had to ask the front desk 3 times for it.

Decent looking hotel not amazing or anything. I gave it 4 stars because great customer service, surrounding area was suburban and nice, and we appreciated the free breakfast every morning. We wanted to stay in the city but ended up here in Alpharetta. This ended up working out because Atlanta’s traffic was too much. There are things to do in Alpharetta so we ended up enjoying it.

Although clean with reasonable amenities, the room was dank! The AC cooled the room well but seemingly did a poor job of removing humidity from the air, leaving the room very musty smelling. The same was true about the hallways, cool but damp and musty.

The carpet needs to be replaced throughout the hotel. It was stained in the hallways and worn out in our room. Breakfast was not very good as compared to other Marriott HotelsIve stayed in.

Overall par, problems checking in as there was no room ready. The rooms are ok, could definitely use an upgrade to have wireless device plug ins. Breakfast was good, just could use a friendlier staff.
