The property was rundown. The entrance door to the stairwell was broken. Carpet and hallway was filthy. There was a molded smell in the hallways and stairwell. kids running around making noise noises all hours of the night. There were cockroaches running around the bathroom and kitchen area. I do not recommend..

This place is absolutely dirty. The matress cover had blood stains on it. The chair they have for the desk had bodily fluids still on it. It stunk. Weed smell on the hall ways. Bathrolm was dirty too. I would absolutely recomend for anyone to pay more for a better stay else where. Will never stay here again.

No USB ports in room at all. Some AC electrical plugs not working. Plastic battery panel on TV remote missing so AA batteries fall out. Got a note on the door second day of stay stating I would have to switch rooms due to remodeling they suddenly decided to do. Then turns out I didn’t have to move at all.

My stay was good. Room was pretty decent. The only thing i didn't like was the roaches in the rooms especially with a small baby running around trying to stomp them. Made my stay feel a little unsanitary.

I had booked my room for two nights but checked out after one night. Found a roach in the shower and the microwave was infested with roaches. Since I paid in advance, Hotels.com was supposed to get me a refund for the second night but I've not received it. The hotel refunded the pet fee I paid for the second night.

I honestly don't know where to start. The front desk clerk was very friendly and understanding when I forgot my I.D. and gave me time to retrace my steps to retrieve it. Unfortunately that's as positive as it gets. From roaches to bloodstaines. The constant smell of other people cooking. Barking dogs. If you have to find an inexpensive lodging then I guess but I'm not going back.

Not what you expect for sure
Beautiful pictures - at least in the hotel description. But in reality - what a scary place!! Saw a bunch of homeless people wandering around the property. Some of them were near the lobby asking the staff for some favors. The hotel does not even have any resemblance to the pictures posted. The place smelled bad and people were vaping you know what in the property as well. I realized the hotel is not safe upon checking in and that the booking was a mistake and wanted to cancel the booking (3 nights were booked), but the property owner didn't even refund us for a single night. I know I booked after seeing the ratings/pictures in hotels.com, so want to make sure future guests know what to expect at this place.

No bedding reception simply stated couldn’t do anything till housekeeping came in, which was in the morning, so sleeping with no blanket at all for us or our kids and had to go back to reception for linens for the kids bed. breakfast was a granola bar, that’s not a breakfast is included deal, though they had coffee, but that was out at 8am when we arrived for breakfast.

As far as price location it is good. What’s was lacking was the amenities only one set of towels, there were no hangers or bathroom amenities. And the ice machine was out of order, however The staff was nice. And there was light breakfast and coffee items.

I reserved 3 two-room suites for 5 adults and 2 children. I was in town for my stepson's graduation. When I got there they said that they had overbooked the rooms and some guests decided to extend their stay so only one of my rooms was ready when check-in was supposed to be at 3pm. We didn't get checked into two of the rooms until an hour later and the last one I didn't get in to until later on that evening. They also could only provide two double-room suites and said they only had a single room for the last one. The two double-room suites had a very foul, moldy odor to them and the floors felt wet. This was an Extended Stay hotel but there were no dishes or utensils at all. The hallways of the floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in forever, the first floor at the elevator had a foul odor, the elevator(and most of the hotel) smelled like weed. I was traveling with my children, mother-in-law, and her brother, who are pastors. I regretted renting this hotel and exposing them to this. The beds were uncomfortable and there was only thin, flat sheets for covers. The only saving grace was that the heat and cool worked on the air conditioner. For breakfast they only had cold coffee, Nutrigrain bars, and oatmeal packets. The decor inside and outside the rooms was old and worn. I could go on and on about how unsatisfied I was but I'll just end by saying I will NEVER stay here again and I regret not reading the reviews because I'm not the only one experiencing this.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Roches all over the cabinets. (Desk clerk said management was aware but was doing nothing about it.) Advertised hot breakfast, not available. Breakfast bar had no fruits, coffee and, nor creamer for coffee. Desk person looked but couldn't find any. He also did not understand the rules for depositing trash or dirty linens nor did the person who arrived later..( Lack of training )

Extended Stay will NEVER have me as a customer again. After a long flight (10 am - 11 pm) I was greeted by a hostile and inconsiderate host. I get to the hotel at 12:30 am and was told that my reservation could not be found. I booked through a 3rd party and unfortunately I didn't get the link for travelers insurance, so I was charged for the entire trip. Upon further inquiry it seems that if you don't check in by 11pm you're considered a no show. The standard for most hotels is 3 am.
