Price was good. I let the front desk know that there was no shower curtain in the room, nor any toilet paper. The pool was not working, and we're I thought there was a complimentary lite breakfast - I didn't want to order for the next door restaurant. so, some amenities not available. I showered without the curtain, cause I was tired, and already in the shower, and I was already on the toilet.

The property was obviously older with llittle attention to upgrades. The room temp was difficult to regulate. The gate that was supposed to imit entry was always open even though I was to be charged for parking and going in and out. The front desk was courteous and professional. The rest was out of their control.

Very nice team. Great location near to airport still away from the noise . Spacious parking most of time . Clean user friendly rooms . One thing is Coffee shud be made available in lobby . Other than that very nice hotel to stay at!

Good, but the other personal of the hotel and the restaurant it’s so they are very hateful and even a little disrespectful (especially from the restaurant) they should be a little more kind and friendly

The Burger Place inside the hotel is good enough and stays open late. Also provides breakfast. Sadly one member of staff was abrupt as she had just started her shift despite us trying to be friendly. The corridors on our floor were suffocatingly warm for some strange reason. The room was okay, standard for the price but the outer door frame looked rusted, suggesting there had been flooding in the past? Not a deal breaker, but when Housekeeping knocked on our door, despite a "do not disturb sign" certainly was! We had a long flight ahead of us, so were not pleased!!!

Property canceled my hotel room although it was paid for a week in advance. More than likely to make more money off of the airline. The airline provided vouchers for travelers to this hotel room after waiting over 20 minutes online with my 65 year old mother. I was told they had no rooms available. I would have to call for a refund to expedia. I was attending a funeral so i was able to find a place to stay but they did the same thing to about 6 other people and they were stranded. They ended up shuttling to the airport to sleep there. Extremely unethical practices and im still waiting on my money.

The room was dank and warm. We kept turning the AC up but never really got cool. When you walked into the room you could smell this kind of mildewy smell. We were only staying there for less than 12 hours until we went to the airport but for the price I expected more.

Hotel staff rude, bar expensive. Room was clean but maintenance had to come put on new toilet seat it was broken when I arrived and almost fell in floor when I sat down to pee. Housekeeping should have informed maintenance before my arrival. Took half an hour to fix.

After traveling for 12-hours and arriving at 10pm, going through customs, then taking a shuttle from the international terminal to the domestic terminal, waiting at Ground transportation for 20 minutes for their van, then standing in line in their lobby for another 20 minutes, we were told that they canceled our prepaid reservation to give the room to airline employees. They canceled at least 25 reservations without even an email or text message. We had to take their van back to the airport to sleep on the floor until our 8am connecting flight home. These things happen, but they should have notified customers by email or text or voice mail. At least Expedia made sure we got a full refund.

Was not able to stay in my room that was RESERVED because the hotel gave away all the rooms before I even got there to check in with a long line of other customers that were very upset as well. Still have not got my refund.

There is NO shuttle bus between this hotel and INTERNATION airport. There is howevr, from DOMESTIC airport. This is a 1 ot 2 star hotel with 5 star satff and burger restaurant with awsome food and resonable pricing.
