I am sorry to hear that we were not able to accommodate your room type booked, in most case we try to pre-block the two-bedroom suite and it look like we had a lot of persons that were here, who extended their stay with those room type. We know that this is not an excuse but I just wanted to let you know. That is why we try come up with an solution that can best accommodate our guest. We don't carry connecting room on this property and the pool opens up around Memorial Day! We are working on getting it open a little bit earlier.
