The rooms were dirty. Housekeeping did not clean them so my family was told to go find alternate accommodations upon arrival. I made a reservation months in advance and was left driving all over Atlanta in the dark looking for a place to sleep. It was a terrible experience!

There was an old piece of meat left on a plastic tray in the microwave. Room Phone didn’t work and was extremely sticky. The Air Condition in my ‘first room’ did not work. However, the hotel staff promptly got me into another room on the same hall which was convenient. There was hair on towels The hotel staff was friendly, professional and really helpful. They recommended restaurants and other things in the area which I took full advantage of.

We were very pleased with our clean room, the friendly staff and the delicious breakfast with many options. It is located close to Gas South Arena where we watched women’s professional volleyball!

I report that the refrigerated trow water, a lot. They give the inspection service, but happens the same next days. The whaser machine not work.

We have car and a lot of good restaurant are within 5 minutes. Nicely maintain property. inside room is aged and loose but decently maintained. 4.5 stars is more correct.

Spend your money elsewhere!
STAY AWAY!! They charge for parking with an empty hotel and parking lot. No other hotel in the area charges for parking. Half of the building is closed due to flooding. The other half smelled musty. Pool is closed, shower had no pressure, gym was dirty and machinery did not work properly. $140 a night and $12 parking. You can book anywhere else for that price. Several complaints to front desk and nothing was done.

They did NOT have the 2 bedroom suite that i reserved. So my kids had to sleep down the hall in a separate room. Not even connecting rooms. It ruined my whole vacation. The pool was closed. The hotel was falling apart. The breakfast was tiny and super limited. There were pictures missing off the walls (just the brackets were on the walls). Half the hotel was shut down and empty. It was a terrible experience.

I am sorry to hear that we were not able to accommodate your room type booked, in most case we try to pre-block the two-bedroom suite and it look like we had a lot of persons that were here, who extended their stay with those room type. We know that this is not an excuse but I just wanted to let you know. That is why we try come up with an solution that can best accommodate our guest. We don't carry connecting room on this property and the pool opens up around Memorial Day! We are working on getting it open a little bit earlier. The worlds most dirty hotel I have ever seen…. Floors are dirty … Toilet full of pee bad smell in the bed….Lift was full of trash…. Do not go there…I want my money back….it’s a trash hotel….

This property was not clean it was rodent infested. Also the room needed maintenance from the floors in bathroom , the kitchen appliances broken tile floor coming up and warped doors in bathroom, no closet doors and the list goes on please do not stay here.

Staff was nice. No oven in the single bedroom suite even though the pictures show rooms with ovens. The B building has roaches and smells like mildrew. Booked for a week stayed for 1night. Also there's a $10 a day parking fee which makes no sense to me.
