I don’t like that house keeping did not come to the room the whole time I was there. I put in a complaint about the water as well and no one came up to my room. It’s a beautiful hotel but I personally don’t like the service.

The pool area it was always clean and the services was really good, the only thing is that if you taking your kids to the pool is only from 10am to 2pm, I think they should extended a little be more to 3pm, which give them a lil be more time to enjoy, but the rest for me was good I will go back to the hotel.

Was made to wait to check in and told the wait could take up to 4 hours. Had to req a manager just to get into a room that was substandard. Could see mold in the shower. The one good thing was speaking to the head manger the following morning who compensated us with parking and food vouchers.

I dont know what more to say, but that I had a horrible experience. I had an issue checking in, all the rooms they issued to me was not cleaned yet for whatever reason, even though i checked in at 8pm assuming its more than enough time for check in. Keep in mind i called earlier in the day at 4pm to confirm with them if i could check in over the phone and they told me to do it in person. Took me hours to drive to AC and when I got there they werent able to check me in to all of my rooms. Eventually, they gave me 2 out of the 3 rooms, and I had to wait for the 3rd room. Took over 1/2 hour to get that done. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they said they will call me when the 3rd room is ready and they called house keeper to clean it up. I asked 3-4 times, please make sure my rooms are all non smoking, she assured me all rooms are non smoking rooms. I went to go for dinner, I got no phone call at all, came back to the hotel at 10:30pm and spoke to another person at the front desk and she claims she did call and didnt get through.. Anyways, all in all, i got my room. Went into my room and there it was, they gave me a smoking room with my kids! When I went back to the front desk and explain to them I need a non smoking room, I got yelled at saying this is all we have. It was so late, my kids were so tired waiting all night for the room. The room next to us smoked and party all night to morning. I had no choice but inhaled smoke all night...!
