Check in experience here was amazing. The desk clerk was courteous and very informative. The room was clean and comfortable. No noise bothered us during the night. There was a nice grassy area for my dogs to visit. This was the second time we've stayed here, but won't be the last.

Staff were excellent and friendly. The rooms are below average. Half the parking lot is submerged in mud and water. Its not the most "family friendly" environment.

Lamp shades need updating falling apart dirty, concert falling apart on staits and walk ways, 2nd floor. Toilet ran all night, fixed it, lol should charge for that.

Dirty room, great service.
I checked in pretty late and was exhausted when I got here so we went straight to sleep. but when we woke up and were getting ready for the day we noticed that the room was pretty disgusting. The beds appeared to be cleaned but every other surface in the whole room was very dirty.

The stairs were literally crumbling. Wallpaper hanging off the wall and mold in the bathroom. Tv had no sound and the color was going out. And the refrigerator made an awlful noise all night.

Budget friendly, you get what you pay for. Room had cigarette burns in the bed and sheets. This place has bed bugs. Beware of bugs are not your thing.

A pleasant break from the road
I think this is the 2nd or 3rd time I've stayed here. Nothing very fancy but very comfortable. Decent outdoor pool. Usual motel breakfast. Appeals to truckers taking a night out of the truck. Plenty of parking. I had only booked for 1 night but do to car problems have been here several nights and they were able to accommodate my needs. Very comfortable bed!!!

The beds were soft/cozy. The hairdryer didn't work. The sink had no stopper. Breakfast was sparce, though my husband had a waffle. Overall a fine stay for the price.

Just go ahead and don't...
The rooms are very outdated. Smelt of old smoke in our non smoking room. I felt like i was in a room from the 70 or 80s. I mean for 60 i guess its ok but its worth it to pay a little more and stay somewhere else. We woke up to a friendly roach in the tub to greet us and say good morning...smh

You can tell this motel is transitioning and trying to improve. This motel is very clean and the employees were nice and very helpful.

Room was nice, bed needed a heavier blanket but once we folded it over it was better. We didn't have breakfast because we chose to finish our drive to Arkansas.

Won’t stay there again.
Only positive was Jenny was amazing during check-in! Other than that…The rooms were nasty. Bathroom had wallpaper peeling off, dirt and hair everywhere, grout missing in shower area, toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Carpet was nasty. Bed was old and had huge dips in it. Blankets and towels had stains. Half of the lamps didn’t work. Mini fridge sounded like it was on its last leg all the time. Outside stairs leading to top floor were literally falling apart. Very unsafe for use due to concrete being broken. Lobby area was clean. Pictures on website are VERY misleading.

The staff was wonderful and informative. The property was tidy and clean. Some things could have been in better repair there were bits and pieces broken, like some of the tiles and moldings when looking around. chips off of tables and chairs and countertops...but overall it was a clean and comfortable stay for the price.

The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down above the toilet seat. Looked very unsafe! Asked for a reduction in the room rate and was told we needed to report this to Expedia! Going on record that the room rate for us should be reduced/refunded.

The door frame to the room was busted, making entrance, exit, and security a big issue. Also, the AC barely worked. The room stayed hot the entire night and the pillows were terrible. Two of the lamps also did not work.

Clean, friendly, but old bldg.
The hotel was a very old building. Although it was clean, the chiped porcelain in tub, you thought was a spider everytime you walked in bathroom. The underside of 2nd floor walkway was missing big pieces. The place could use a remodeling really bad.

Worth an investment
This hotel is worth an investment to improve its overall condition. Bulbs were broken in light fixtures, the air unit was noisy, and the carpet smelled like athlete feet odor, The furniture looks like something from good will but the staff and location were amazing.

Nice trip
Overall, the location was great. the staff were wonderful and cheerful, and the cost was good. The tenants we a mix of truckers, family and some i would not hang out with. I even had a guy in a tank top at 5 am knocking on my door and others. I believe he was a beggar of some sort. Other than that, the place was fine. i may not take my wife and kids here but I will be staying here again and make a better judge over just one visit at a later date as to if i feel comfortable with their safety.
