This masterpiece showcases Sang's signature style, with a grand front door, three distinct living spaces, and tranquil landscaped gardens. Surrounded by trees, each room enjoys dappled sunlight and picturesque views.

The Space:
The house has three main living spaces, downstairs has an exceptionally large bedroom that opens out to the pool, spa and seating area, plus ensuite bathroom , a fully equipped kitchen with full sized appliances and essential utensils for cooking.
Up the stairs to the left are three beautifully appointed bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry.
At the other end of the house are spacious dining, kitchen and lounge areas. An outdoor courtyard adds another space to enjoy.
Just a 4-minute drive to New Market close to High-end brunch spots, bistros, and tapas bars surround Nuffield Lane, fashion boutiques and shops.
We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.
We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

Guests have access to the entire property.
Getting Around:
Lots of choices but perhaps an uber is most convenient if you don't have your own car. There is a trains station at Newmarket. Parking is available at the entrance.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
Key Pick-up: The keys are kept in a lockbox at the property. We will send full check in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.
Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with the ID provided for the main guest. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 7x tea/coffee, 9x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
