Beautiful and quiet location overlooking the golf course. Very pleasant staff. Rooms are a bit aged and in need of updates but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but hey it was free. I would stay again and again.
Hotel clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast very good.
We were just 30 beautiful miles from Augusta National Golf Course, had very comfortable rooms, happy hour from 5-6 each night and exceptionally gracious hosts and staff. They were as friendly as the Masters' staff. They even had a comfortable gazebo where we could smoke a cigar while sipping a beer. ...
If you are considering this hotel because Augusta hotels are expensive, I would pay the extra for Augusta. The clubhouse where you check in and staff is nice, but once you get to your room it is dated and appears unclean because of it.
Very disappointed because we had to purchase room deodorizer because of odors. Mildew was visible. Laminate flooring was peeling and was coming unglued. Parking was good.
We stayed in this hotel during our trip to the Master's Golf Tournament. It was a reasonable drive each way and cheaper than Augusta. The hotel is simple and clean. Having a microwave & fridge were great. The staff was fantastic. We had a minor problem that was fixed right away. The lady at the desk ...
Because of the low room rate, I was skeptical of ECCO, but, based on the reviews, I took a chance and booked it. What a great surprise! From the lobby to the dining area to my room, the facilities were clean as a whistle and the staff were friendly and helpful. (The sink drained slowly, but that ...
Complete flea bag dump if a motel/hotel.Booked for masters golf tournament. As expected total price gauge. For two nights total came to $660 with taxes etc..I've stayed at five star resorts for the same or less. However, the location is walking distance to course/restaurants so that's good but the ...
The room was clean and nice but reminded you of your granny’s house from the stale odor. The bed was super comfy & it was convenient having a fridge and microwave in the room. The person above us made a lot of noise early in the morning waking us up, so that was annoying. I’d come back for the price ...
This hotel was clean, well-maintained, and very quiet. Breakfast included with the room was made to order, with real menu choices rather than a breakfast bar. I liked the garden setting by the side entrance and outside the room. It was nice to have a sliding door and screen to let in cool fresh air. ...
Overall good hotel. Staff friendly good food. My only concern was the surrounding grounds. Especially the back. They need to spray for bugs. Huge bugs running around, spiders just jumping on my luggage. Flying roaches or beetles. Nothing on the inside but they need to fix outside. Be careful taking ...
we had a really nice time at the hotel. had no problems. pool room is hot but other than that enjoyed our time there
I have seen the commercials for this hotel chain. I was kind of eager to try the chain.I was disappointed and wont stay there again. Staff was polite but the room smelled like smoke. The air conditioner did not work. It was just an old hotel with some new lipstick and a big name or misleading ...
It was very close to the Master Golf Tournament and very convinced to Resturant so Location was great just very pricey but hey that's how capitalism works
All employees we interacted with were professional and friendly, not the fake "friendly" either. They offered to assist in any way needed.
This historic hotel is located in a beautiful part of Augusta the location is close to Hospitals. Great restaurant with good entrees. Great shuttle and valet parking
