I went for a girls trip and the hotel is brand new and super nice. Had a couple problems with the AC but it all worked out. The location is right off the highway and right on Rainey Street.

Got to hotel at 10pm. Room key provided, went to room and was completely trashed and dirty. I found out this had also occurred with other individuals who had traveled earlier in the day. Too 20 min to change rooms but did not provide me with a new key until the next day. Was told I was going to receive a free night comp and breakfast but neither were given. Disappointed.

This hotel is beautiful and new. Gorgeous lobby and heated pool. I was disappointed regarding parking is valet only. There’s construction all around the area. Not walkable.

The place was beautiful and clean with awesome location and pool. I DID NOT like how much parking was per night, I cant believe they can charge that much for guest that already pay alot per night, and restaurant service was poor. We sat waiting for service for a while and ended up just walking down to IHOP, we werent the only guest that ended up walking out. But over all i would return as long as i didnt have a vehicle.

This stay has been crazy to say the least room was swapped because someone was already in it and I walked in on them very awkward then my new room's toilet didn't work so there was a massive turd that I had to put up with until the morning VERY DISAPPOINTED

TLDR: Staff was incredibly careless. Save your money. For one, I was arriving on the evening after my wedding. I had been told beforehand that if I had champagne and a small decoration delivered before I arrived that it would be set in my room to surprise my wife. Instead it was on the front counter when I got there (the stuff arrived at 5pm and I arrived at 7pm) and the front desk attendant just handed the bag to me. When I asked why he didn’t follow through with the request he just said the room wasn’t ready when the stuff arrived so he just didn’t do it (why wasn’t the room ready at 5 when check in was at 4?). Housekeeping did a poor job and then if I needed anything I had to call the front desk 3-5 times to get an answer. Then the day before check out I was out and about with my wife and got a message in error from the hotel saying that check out was at 11 and my bags would be held at the front desk. You can imagine the worry this caused when it took 4 calls to the front desk before someone finally answered and corrected the error. Then there was the valet. The young man running the valet during the day was as nice and polite as could be. When we had to leave early Monday morning, though (to make a flight), the night valet wouldn’t answer the phone and I couldn’t get my car. I then called the front desk and surprise she didn’t answer, but when I went upstairs she was sitting on the couch by the desk ignoring the phone. Save your money or stay somewhere else.

One of the worst stays. The front desk staff are not trained properly. The internet was not working and the manager was no where to be found. The windows are disgustingly dirty.

Sat day bartender was slow and rude. Sunday breakfast had only 1 girl working and although she did her best and was pleasant we saw several people get up and leave and our breakfast came 10 minutes apart with 1 of the meals cold. Valets were great!! Front desk were also pretty good but it took two days and 3 requests to get our room cleaned and then it was done half assed. We loved our first trip to Austin and will be back, just not to Cambria

The $50/night Valet parking charge is entirely too much. There should be complementary self-parking for guests staying at the hotel. And in addition throughout a 4 night stay at the hotel, my room was only cleaned once.

Very clean with large rooms. No service basically. You are on your own in the concierge department. Very noisy as it is next to rainy street and I should have been concerned when they leave ear. Plugs in the room. . Also there is a lot of construction surrounding the area. I’m not sure when this will be completed as they are large skyscraper buildings. I bought food at the Graffiti cafe and they charged me twice and I am working with my credit card and the hotel to resolve this. Seems more complicated than it should be. The valet guy gets a 10 thumbs up. He is fun and careful with the car.

This hotel is cute, and the staff was super friendly. However, noise was a problem - music bumping until 2 am, then drunk partiers in their rooms until 4 am left a few restless nights. Also, my shower wouldn't drain and upon inspection the drain was clogged. If I were in my 20s this would be a fun visit, but won't be coming back to this spot because of the noise.
