Room was good, nice bed, and excellent breakfast! Except we reserved a king room, got a queen cuz “there are guests in your room you reserved”.
Not sure how that happens but they did refund us for both nights the price difference.

It was a quiet area in a fast growing town. The only complaint I can think of is that you can tell in minor details that this facility was rushed in small areas.
My shower walls had writing on them from when it was being installed. Some of the shower wall tiles were cracked and they covered it up with caulking. Caulking around the a/c unit. Just little details and that was it! This is the only great hotel in this town! Will totally be back!

The location was great for us. This is a new property and there were several issues with the fit and finish. The caulking everywhere was a mess, the walls were very thin and every noise was heard. The shower was good and the a/c worked well. The black out shades were very nice. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which we liked and used. There were construction crews staying there and every day there was mud tracked throughout the facility and they were noisy and disrespected the quiet time hours. I felt bad for the cleaning staff having to deal with it every day. The breakfast and coffee were good. There was a washer and dryer available to do laundry. I think it could be a lot nicer if they address the noise and finish issues. The staff were friendly and nice. I think someone from corporate should come review the way the brand new place was finished and require some changes.

Multiple issues with the room equipment that included no wi-fi, TV, no heat/AC, room phone did not work, and room not ready until after 5pm. Manager never emailed or called me back.
I would not stay here again.

Booked this room months ago for 2 queen beds since we are a family of 4. Arrived at check in to be told they only had a room with a king bed and no couch. What is the point of booking what you need ahead of time if they can't give it to you. The girl at the front desk was the only employee in the whole hotel and her manager would not answer his phone. There was a line of upset people. This hotel is poorly run.

Showed up to check in, once we got to the room there was a sign on there door that stated the room needed to be cleaned. Proceed to enter the room and it wasn’t clean. Let front desk know as he argued with the housekeepers while they were all confused. Housekeepers left, it sounded like there were multiple rooms that should’ve been cleaned but weren’t. No other rooms available, we had to cancel and book elsewhere. A cancellation number was given that’s the same as my confirmation number. The charge has been pending for a week. Won’t book her again.

Brand new hotel so very clean! Staff super nice. Unfortunately, we were on the top floor and there was a constant loud humming coming from the roof, like something mechanical directly above us.

Great Continental Breakfast with lots of variety. The queen bed was very comfortable and great pillows. Loved the big window in our room and view overlooking the water feature and walking path area. Will definitely be staying there again!

This place is brand new so that was nice. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. The reason for 4 stars is because the tv streaming stuff didn’t work, I had body lotion instead of body wash in the shower and when I booked on hotels.com it said it was pet friendly but when I called to ask about cost/policy for pets the lady just said “we don’t do pets” but there was someone there with a large dog so I don’t know. I told the front desk about the lotion and tv and they got the body wash immediately and told me to use the master reset in the room for the tv but that didn’t work.
