Only downsides were poor communication/support with the management company (felt a lot like dealing with an unhelpful bot), weak WiFi, and we couldn't get the hot tub to work until late on our very last night (the host did at least give us a credit to compensate for it). We did cook, but since it was a road trip we brought our own spices and seasonings with us and thankful that we did, since the kitchen didn’t already have some. Would definitely stay here again. Lots of easy take-out, shopping, and food delivery nearby, and rides to airport and downtown were relatively quick and convenient. Upon arrival we were greeted by signs posted on the neighbors lawn advising against renting this house. That was very creepy. The house itself is set in a gorgeous and quiet neighborhood. One of the main reasons we booked the house was because it had a jacuzzi. We were disappointed to find out they removed it without being notified ahead of arrival. We loved the house but obviously there is some dispute between the owners and the next door neighbors. The neighbor has signs posted in his yard trying to ward off potential renters, which was a little off-putting. The only other thing I would mention just to make people aware- the house is on a pretty steep incline, and there is a set of stairs to make it up to the main living area. This listing was exactly as described and much more! For us, it was a perfect location for our family, which included a mobile 91 year old. The floor plan was absolutely perfect for us. It was open, allowing people to move easily through the kitchen, dining area, living room, and screened-in porch. The huge windows allowed light to flow throughout the living space making it comfortable and bright. The three bathrooms were convenient to all four bedrooms. They were extremely clean and neat. Accessibility to a washer and dryer was appreciated by several of our family members. I am thankful that we had a Smart-Tv at home, so the television programs in this house were easy to view using our accounts. The cabinets were well stocked with pots, plates, glasses, and utensils….making cooking a treat. This home-away-from-home helped to make our vacation a wonderful time in Texas! ##### Lacinda M.
