300 euro deposit required on arrival
The chalet was excellent- location/cleanliness/staff etc. However we were shocked when we were asked for a 300 euro deposit cash or on card to cover any potential damage/theft etc. There is a notice on the reception wall. The requirement of a deposit is not included in your website and whilst it was not a problem for my husband and I some may not have a bank card or indeed extra 300 euro cash. I was not happy providing my card details and it is the first time we have come across a location with this requirement in place.

spotless. very clean and everthing seemed new. lovely clean shhets and towls and plenty of them. On the negative side while these apartments are well equipped, clean and nicely furnished they are small. The beds are not built for people of bigger builds. my husbands feet hung out over the end of the bed, the mattress is thin and made of foam and the double bed is against the wall on one side. My daughter complained that the bunk bed was not comfortable and as it was in the entryway she was woken when another guest went to the bathroom or in or out the door. Great for a short visit and by Ax Les Thermes standards it is quite good!!!

Good appartment and location but hidden extras
The appartment was fine - no complaints. However what was not clear from the hotels.com website and booking procedure was that most normal hotel or appartment facilities were not included in the price and were cost extras - eg towels, sheets, normal TV, cleaning, use of on-site spa.

Great ski accommodation
Great stay here in Ax. The rooms are very basic, but very clean and within walking distance of the ski lifts. If you're going to Ax to go skiing this place is perfect as a base to stay.

Nice hotel.
Overall stay was ok. Area is small if staying local but very picturesque. Expected the swimming pool to of been open as it was warm but was closed. No free wifi like the rest of the area tho.

Appartement très sale, à la limite de l’acceptable. On a dû nettoyer avant d’installer nos affaires. Les ressorts du canapé lit dans lequel nous dormions étaient tellement détériorés et bruyants que le fait de bouger la nuit nous réveillait.

Appartement bien situé, à moins de 10 min à pied des télécabines, cadre agréable, petite terrasse appréciable et résidence sympathique, seul bémol l'eau chaude de la douche. Je recommande !

ll y a eu une mauvaise communication quant à l'heure de départ,qui est un peu trop juste (10h). l'appartement est propre et bien chauffé,mais tres sonore.La literie est à revoir et les ustensiles et vaisselle plutot minimalistes.

L’annonce donne une adresse incorrecte : elle nous informe que la résidence est en centre ville alors qu’elle est à 15min de marche des œufs pour monter à la station de ski. Le ménage est à notre charge, en arrivant l’appartement est correct mais pas très propre, des toiles d’araignées dans toutes les pièces. Pas très bien isolé (bruit). Service client mitigé…

Logement tres propre, avec tout le linge fourni, bon sejour. Prix tres raisonnable , je recommande !! Juste le matzlas du canapé lit est affaissé, il serait bien de le changer

Résidence très moyenne
Sincèrement cette résidence aurait besoin d'une rénovation totale. Un lit de 160 dans cette grande chambre serait également très appréciable. La salle de bain avec son carrelage au sol qui fait sale et le robinet de la baignoire mal fixé, la paroie de douche qui ne descend pas suffisamment.... La piscine est vieillissante également. Pas d'harmonie des transats, ça fait pauvre et la piscine également à rénover car dangereuse pour les enfants. L'endroit est sympa, dommage !

En general estuvo muy bien lo único es que te piden un depósito de 300 euros que desbloquean hasta 10 días después de tu estancia, y la señorita nos dijo que al día siguiente.

Bonne adresse !
Nous avons apprécié les prestations proposées pour le prix. Nous avons cependant regretté de ne pas avoir été informé de la présence de draps et serviettes lors de la réservation. C'était une agréable surprise, et en même temps cela nous aurait permis de moins nous encombrer. Je n'ai pas vu l'information à la réservation. Dans l'ensemble nous sommes satisfaits de notre nuit et garderont l'adresse en tête pour un séjour ski pourquoi pas !
