For shared use: property 4'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden, meadow, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (13 x 6 m, depth 80 - 280 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: lounge, washing machine (extra) (for shared use). Beverage service (extra). Villa Briccetto is een prachtige plek in het groen met geweldige uitzichten, vlakbij Asti. Het appartement Erica is comfortabel en prachtig gelegen. Paolo is een zeer aardige en behulpzame gastheer. Een aanrader!
