Frühstück war bis 10.30 Uhr aber oft um 9.30 Uhr war vieles leer und wurde erst auf Verlangen aufgefüllt. Abendessen hatte ich einmal im Hotel daher kann ich es nicht richtig bewerten. Zimmer, Personal und Wellnessbereich waren super!

Hotel ok - Parkplatzsituation dürfig

Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstück super, Fitness-Bereich vollständig ausgestattet. Aber: kein Parkplatz im Hotelbereich verfügbar!!! Besonders lustig: Rezeption empfiehlt Parkgarage im Partnerhotel "Das Maximilian" (fußläufig 5 Min.). Da kann kann gleich dort übernachten, weil direkt im Thermen-Zentrum.

Die Zimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich ausgestattet und abgenutzt. Das Buffett war deutlich eingeschränkt und viele nette Kleinigkeiten wie Nachmittagskuchen, Kaminabend, Schwimmbadgetränke sind nur noch auf Nachfrage erhältlich. Das Hotel hat seinen gemütlichen Charme für mich verloren. Leider!

Was mir nicht gefallen hat: - der offene Kamin in der Lobby, bei dem wir bei früheren Aufenthalten abends gerne bei einem Glas Wein gesessen hatten, wurde nicht angefeuert, angeblich wegen schon seit zwei Jahren offenen Brandschutzmängeln - an der Bar in der Lobby lief abends neben der Unterhaltungsmusik ein Fernseher mit laut geschalteten Sportsendungen. So waren parallel zur Barmusik keifernde Sportmoderatoren oder laut kreischendes Publikum zu hören, was wir als sehr nervig empfanden. Unsere entsprechende Reklamation führte nur zur geringfügigen Reduzierung der Fernsehlautstärke, was die Situation nur unwesentlich veränderte.

Also Preis-Leistungverhältnis ist nicht nicht relevant, da ich schon bei mehreren 4 Sterne Superior Hotel übernachtet habe, kann man nicht vergleichen. Sehr gut war die Wasserbar auf dem Zimmer, jedoch von der Badelandschaft war ich etwas enttäuscht, gab auch keinen Early-Morning-Kaffee, wie beschrieben. Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Bei Ankunft, keinen konkreten Hinweis wegen Parkhaus, das zu bezahlen war!!!

Preisleistungsverhältnis zu anderen 4 Sterne Superior Hotels ist zu hoch, da Therme etwas veraltet und ziemlich dunkle Einrichtung. Der morgentliche Kaffee ab 6.30 h, wie angegeben am Pool fehlte.

Netter Wellnessaufenthalt mit Abstrichen

Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal, tolles Frühstück, HP auch okay, kostet vor Ort 25,- €. Zimmer groß mit alten abgenutzten Möbeln. Matratzen sehr hart. Wellnessbereich sehr gut. Insgesamt hat das Hotel keine Klasse und einen Renovierunsstau.

Entspannungsgarantie mit Therme, wunderschönen Landschaften und super nettem Personal. Die Zimmer sind allerdings teilweise schon etwas alt und könnten neu renoviert werden. Das Essen ist alles sehr lecker, die Auswahl ist OK, wird aber. manchmal eher schlecht nachgefüllt, sodass man vor leeren Tellern steht. War aber trotzdem ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Das ganze Haus sehr schön und gemütlich gestaltet. Sämtliches Personal sehr sehr nett :-) Zimmer schön, Matratzen sehr gut :-) Das Highlight: im Bad Spiegel in denen "Frau" sich auch von hinten sehen kann :-D ich bin begeistert, so etwas geht mir in JEDEM Hotel ab. Endlich mal bei der Planung jemand, der mitgedacht hat :-) super :-D

Hotel war in Ordnung, die Zimmer sind nicht mehr die neuesten, aber sauber. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich, besonders der Bademeister. Was mich etwas ärgert ist, das man als Hotelgast in dieser Kategorie für das Parken extra bezahlen muss, aber fairer weise muss ich sagen, es war vorher zu lesen, das eine Parkgebühr verlangt wird.

Die Wasserhähne im Bad waren stark verkalkt und haben fast nichts mehr durchgelassen. Sie wurden aber auf unser Drängen zur vollen Zufriedenheit repariert. Die Badelandschaft ist sehr ansprechend. Das Essen war überdurchschnittlich vielseitig und sehr gut. Wir können uns vorstellen, bald wieder zu kommen.
