Early November trip for two!
Wonderful hotel in a picturesque setting. Staff were very helpful at all times and the breakfast was also extremely nice. Access to the relaxing spa was very welcome. Could not fault the hotel in any way.

Very good location Very good food Access to thermal bath Booked room with balcony and mountain view and was given a room with view of a yellow wall Staff said there is no other room available and did not offer any apology or discount

Sehr freundliches und nettes Personal. Essen war sehr gut. Der Wellnessbereich ist ausreichend. Hervorragend ist der Zutritt zur Therme. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Прекрасный отдых! Были с женой с 11 по 19 января 2019. Понравилось всё! Отличный отель, уютный номер, замечательный персонал. Очень удобно, что можно посещать AlpenTherme напрямую из отеля. Первые три дня шёл снег, а потом светило солнышко, каталка была великолепная!

Erstklassige Hotel, direct in der Fußgängerzone
Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage in der Fußgängerzone von Bad Hofgastein, sowie einen direkten Zugang zur Alpentherme Bad Hofgstein (Bademantelgang), Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig und von gutter Qualität.

Zentral gelegen und völlig ruhig. Nachtfahrverbot!
Bemerkenswerte Anlage bestehend aus drei zusammenhängenden Gebäuden in absoluter Ruhelage. Durch die unterirdische Verbindung (Bademantelgang) zur Therme Gastein steht der Entspannung nix im Wege. Die Hotelanlage besticht durch ihre gediegene hochwertige Ausstattung welche sich in allen Bereichen findet. Hervorragend die Küche. Das Frühstück überwältigt und das Abendessen schließt sich nahtlos daran. Sehr Sauber

Zentrale Lage
Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett und auskunftsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Gigantisch ist die Möglichkeit, unterirdisch im Bademantel in die Aplentherme zu gelangen. Also wirklich: 5 Sterne durchgehend.

Hotelli oli rauhallinen ja siisti; henkilökunta hyvin ystävällistä.Kannattaa varata huone alppinäkymällä, parvekkeelta on todella upeat mäkymät. Hotellin keittiö oli loistava.Aamiainen erittäin monipuolinen.Puolihoito kannattaa maksaa; kolmen ruokalajin päivällinen tarjoillaan pöytiin.Aamiaisella valitaan pääruoka kolmesta vaihtoehdosta. Hotellin oma kylpyosasto on tyylikäs; kaunista käytävää pitkin pääsee kylän isoon kylpylään, jossa monia ulko- ja sisäaltaita sekä saunoja.Tämäkin sisältyy huoneen hintaan.

Gutes Mittelklassehotel
Wir haben nur 2 Nächte im Hotel Norica verbracht. Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und persönlich, Essen in Ordnung, Zimmer war nicht modern aber sehr sauber. Wellnessbereich ist neu und schön. Alles in Allem war das Hotel in Ordnung. Eher ein 4*Stern Hotel ohne superior. Die Lage ist sehr gut, sehr zentral.

Отличный отель
Отель замечательный! Расположение в самом центре. Отдельно хочу сказать про ресторан - у нас ребенок очень избирательно кушает, так вот мы просто просили чтобы нам отдельно что- то приготовили ! Замечательные ребята сербы там работают!!!! Хол, ресторан, сама гостиница красивая, все новое, очень хороший спа центр. Единственный минус - убирали в номерах не очень( хотя шампуни ит.д. Клали регулярно) постель за неделю не поменяли ни разу!.... Но это мелочи!
