2 of the 4 reception staff were very rude, no manners or custiomer service to them. Refused to provide an iron until the next day, abd still did not send it to my room. The breakfast (that we had chosen the hotel for) was "not working" and we were not given room keys as they were "not working" they had to let us into our rooms each time, The walls were thin, could hear next door talking, snoring etc. One of our two rooms didn;t have a window. The sheets and bedding was awful polyester material, very uncomfortable.

Istanbul gold hotel was a good experience but i booked tripple bed room for 3 and unfortunately we got double bed room but the hotel management was very helpful Ms. Nigar and expedia team helped us in moving to one of their other 4 star hotel and we really had a great stay there. Istanbul gold hotel was also very clean and safe and staff was very helpful and polite.

Totally unsuitable for tourists Was more of a business hotel It was very far from the centre of Baku and the nightlife Cery noisy reception at niggt hardly slept a wink there Total waste of money but enjoyed Lufthansa flights and visiting the centre of Baku but not this hotel

not bad
It was ok but just one thing is not acceptable for me. The Hotel did not serve bottle of water and tea in room and I have to go to floor 0 for them. The was so small and cramped.

Stayed here for a visit to Baku watching the Europa League Final. The hotel was clean, breakfast was plentiful and the staff were very helpful and multi lingual. The hotel was only a ten minute walk from the local metro station and overall I would throughly recommend staying at this hotel.

Het hotel leek net een gevangenis. De kamers hadden geen ramen en de muren waren enorm dun en de buren kon je duidelijk horen. Tijdens mijn verblijf werd mijn kamer nooit gepoetst. Het hotel ligt enorm ver van het centrum. Geen aanrader!!

Dear guest, you left your comment as anonymous. Because of it we can't check the truth of your opinions. In our price plans there are rooms with full window and rooms with window leaf. Each type of room has own price. While you booked on expedia.com, you were informed that the selected by you room has only window leaf, and the price is much more lower than the room with full window. You got what you paid for. So on what the problem is? We understand that as we grow the range and quality of our services rivals do not love this. This is not the right way by your side to compete by this unfair way. Show shortcomings, we will fix them and thank you.
