The hotel was ok. Pool was dirty and the restaurant was bad. They didn’t have anything, even coffee? No breakfast like they advertise. We had to walk around for breakfast and there was literally nothing around.

Great value for money. Nice rooms and a great little pool which is very quiet and relaxing. The bar is great with good quality food and drink The hotel location is nice and quiet, away from the busy area's and there are mopeds/scooters available for hire just down the road from the hotel. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my time there and have nothing bad to say!

My 3rd stay here.
This stay was disappointing as renovations where taking place and it was very noisy. I feel at the time of booking I should have been made aware of this fact. Although renovation is needed, as rooms, athrooms in particular are very tired. Staff wonderful. Pool food limited and drinks a bit expensive.

Construction work every morning at 7am and filthy shower. No WiFi for most of the stay and very expensive hotel transport. It took 3 days to get toilet paper in the 2nd bathroom and no towels in the upstairs bathroom sucked too. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend or stay here again.

Nice hotel with big suits in quiet area
My husband and I stayed at the hotel 15 nights in September 2016. We liked our spacious suite which was well cleaned every day. The hotel ground is green and clean. Breakfast was good. We spent plenty of time at the nice swimming pool. The Hotel located in quiet area with two mini markets, a local shop, a new Peppito Supermarket and a few eateries in walking distance. Everything was good exempt for poor WiFi (max speed is 70 kB/c). Be aware that big groups of Chinese tourist often stay in the hotel. They can be very noisy. A few nights from 12 p.m. to 3 a.m. they run around loudly stomping, shouting and slamming doors. We had two different groups during our stay and both of them behaved the same. Overall we had a good stay in Pandawa all suits and thank the hotel staff for their service.

Far from anywhere! Hard to get transport.
First day I came, room was dirty, had to ask the staff to sweep the floor as there were many sands and dirt on the floor. I have to say the room is big, 2 floors and during the day it looks beautiful. But at night it is quite dark as there are not so many lights around. The toilet is so-so. Not so dirty yet not so clean either, they cover up the windows with some kind of net which prevents leaves and dirt from coming in.

Lovely comfy bed room cleaned everyday
Overall a lovely hotel and staff food was ok, bed was very comfy only thing I would mention was lighting was a little poor very dark down stairs but not a massive deal.

I had a lovely time staying at Pandawa All Suite Hotel. The hotel staffs and services had been pleasant from the day I arrived. Certainly one upgrade can be made is that the room is too dark. It would not hurt to light up the room a bit.

Poorly lit downstairs
The downstairs was poorly lit. The light above the stove didn't work and after notifying the front desk wasn't fixed so cooking was impossible at night. The downstairs toilet seat was loose and would come off. The hotel is far from any restaurants or shops so you being a taxi a lot. Need to have the address with you as none of the taxi drivers knew where the hotel was. You better have your own adaptor if you use a 3 prong US plug as the ones they have will only work for 2 prong. Staff was friendly and if you want peace and quiet this is the place for you.

Excellent staff,great location,close to Seminyak and Legian by motorbike.Excellent set up of hotel area let alone the set up of the villa inside.Great pool,close to a few excellent restaurants,laundry.Will stay there again at a drop of a heart beat.Thumbs up guys

Its a nice apartment, spacious, far from the crowd
Pros: Its a nice apartment, far from tourism crowd, the room is very spacious, bed is comfortable. Pool is a Lil bit small but its a good and clean pool, security is very helpfull, many thanks for the security with a tattoo on his sleeve, he's very kind. Cons: the staff is not well trained, I didn't get any receipt for check in, which is kinda important because its involve my bank card, second is room temperature is a Lil bit hot, the ac is too small to cover all the room. Third is I found a small snake near the elevator on first floor, with so many children on the apartment, I think they should have some pest control guy to clear the whole apartment.its dangerous, specially for the kids. Last one is electricity, two days in a row, twice a day in the morning. Its really annoying.

Unsatisfactory hotel management and staff
The hotel facilities were quite good, except its location was quite inconvenient. We pretty much had to take taxi/rent a car to all the the places, including supermarket and airport. Most annoying thing was about the staff. Their English was generally really bad, a lot of miscommunication happened, causing a lot inconvenience, including where they failed to book us a shuttle. The management was not satisfying either. We were told the laundry was free, but upon check-out they requested a payment on laundry. We had three people travelling. Although we stayed in a double room, we paid three people's fare. But more then one time did they request us to pay for the third person's breakfast. And the breakfast was not good. The rice they served was often cold, and the veggies looked like leftover veggies from the previous day.

A Hidden Gem
After so many shabby hotel experiences in Bali, I finally found the authentic hospitality of Bali at Pandawa Apartments in Umalas. Upon check-in (and consistently throughout my stay) they addressed me by my Surname; they immediately spelled out their many amenities and even offered insight to other services that might not have been printed in their brochure. They only had one English speaking representative on hand who, however, was very attentive to detail. The others didn't speak very much English at all and at times, had to wait for their English speaking representative to return to assist me and other guests, even though I kept handy an electronic google translator. There were also times when I'd request things to be done in the apartment or other simple requests, that staff would forget about. It's not a pandawa apartments problem however, but a much bigger service deficiency you'll definitely experience on the island. Other than the communication barrier the breakfast Buffett could be upgraded to include more dishes generally served as breakfast, globally. For breakfast, there is a daily serving of a sweet n sour chicken dish over rice (sometimes fried rice), that generally goes untouched. However, the restaurant staff can be very accommodating in trying to prepare eggs anyway you'd like them. All in all I had a wonderful stay at Pandawa apartments. I will definitely arrange to stay there again when I return to bali.

Quiet location & The friendliest staff
We (couple) arrived with a late check in and given the most wonderful welcome drink and the staff were all smiling and friendly straight away. They showed us to our room and the gave us details on breakfast and times for the free shuttles. Our locations was about a 10min walk away from one of the busiest roads. Cheap scooter higher ($5aus for a day) and the fuel is cheap in Bali! We had a great time and we couldn't have asked for better staff, they tended to our every request and we never saw them without a smile! Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was also amazing, delicious traditional foods (as well as basic eggs and bacon)!!

Large rooms, great pool
This place is pretty much in the middle of nowhere. The hotel advertises massages but I never had one so can't comment and there is one spa nearby and a couple of mini marts, and a number of little eateries, but it is very secluded. The rooms are mezzanine with bedroom and toilet upstairs and main bathroom downstairs which in my apartment stank like sewerage most of the time. The kitchens are very dark even if you get a room facing north where the sun comes in most of the day, and they offer no pots, pans, plates or cutlery which makes it pretty useless. They do offer room service and breakfast every morning but the menu is very limited and caters mostly to Asian choices. The bed (two singles pushed together to make a king bed) was very hard and uncomfortable. Although the apartment is spacious and generally clean, I probably would not stay here again.

Big room, comfy and worth it!
I was stay with 2 friends. That's a comfy apartment. Big bedroom! They have 2 bathroom ( one without shower ). Breakfast was good. But just one minus from this place is parking. Small parking for car. But thats ok you can give a key to security and they will help you. The location is near petitenget spot ( restaurant(ultimo, W hotel) ,club and bar ( hu'u ) beach ) it easy to get there from this apartment by car or motorcycle)

Room very nice but this is supposed to be an apartment. The kitchen had no utensils, cutlery or crockery at all. Strange to have shower downstairs from the lounge instead of upstairs from the bedroom. Inadequate lighting in the lounge. Pool area and "Sports Bar" not as great as it looks in the pictures. Nothing within walking distance from hotel. Being all concrete, hall ways echo all noise. Restaurant has predictable menu with very average quality. Drinks not up to expectation.

Good value stay
The hotel is fairly new and have pretty good lay-out and design offering guests privacy with lush plants around. Most of their rooms have mezzanine floors with the bedroom up there and is of a good size.There were no in-room safes as was stated and we have to carry our valuables and documents with us everywhere as they do not even have safes at the front office either. The pool is of a good size considering this is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. The buffet breakfast is pretty standard with an egg station but they do give some variations everyday and that's a plus! We do recommend that in order to enjoy and discover the Kerobokan and Umalas area more, rent a motorbike which only costs less than 5USD a day. There are lots of good restaurants around. Would not recommend a car though as most roads are pretty congested and narrow. Overall, we did enjoy our stay considering the price we paid and would return again.

It was wonderful stay and i would recommend this hotel for my or friends' future stay. Hotel is clean, very nice and friendly staff. We stayed there for 7days, but I got to say that on the last day it was hot water problem and it was not fixed. But i got other complementry room for 2 hours to get ready. At night someone was smashing the other doors in the hotel that could disturb your sleep, but that's fine because u r already tired from whole day treck in Bali....

There is none better!
We had a brilliant stay at Pandawa Apartments. The facilities are excellent: beautifully-appointed rooms, a wonderful pool and bar area and gorgeous gardens. The mezzanine design of the apartments means they feel large and airy, and the beds and pillows are excellent. This hotel is just recently built and structurally very sound - no expense spared - which is unbelievable given the very reasonable room rates! This has been our cheapest and best accommodation in Bali...by far! The staff are lovely, cheerful and very helpful. We cannot wait to return.

Surprising last minute booking!
We had to check-out from another hotel in Bali on Jan. 1st, and we found this hotel in the very last minute, I mean, it was half past eleven p.m. of Dec. 31st when we booked it. But for our big surprise, it was totally pleasing! The hotel is new (just about a month of operation) and everything inside the room is brand new. The room we booked was a two-store room, with a mezzanine. In the first floor, there was - a kitchen, equipped with a stove, a mini-fridge, a nice cabinet for storing your shoppings, and a counter with two stools. - a restroom, with shower, toilet and sink. - a sofa and a flatscreen TV, with a USB port and can recognize common formats of video, such as .MP4, Mpeg, and .AVI. - a small closet - a balcony, with two chairs. In the second floor, there was - a double bed - two armchairs and a table - a closet - a restroom with toilet and sink only. They provided parking space for our rented car.

Lovely Hotel With Excellent Customer Service
This is a lovely hotel, located away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were welcomed with great hospitality by the hotel staffs which cheer us up a bit after the taxi driver helplessness in locating the hotel. Once checked in, the reception staff showed us all the way to our hotel room. The room is really lovely, clean and comfortable. The interior design were unique and spacious with a modern twist of traditional Balinese style and we really love the concept of the place! However, the location was kinda out of place and our taxis have difficulty locating the place. There's shops, restaurants/cafes around, about 5 to 8 mins drive by motor/taxi. Not really walkable as they're road with not much walking pavement. Recommended for a good relaxation and getaway from all the noises and stress, not a shopping and partying area.

Suite jardin (garden suite), très calme ! Petit déjeuner à l'indonésienne ou à l'anglaise, des céréales au chocolat, du beurre, de la confiture, du beurre de cacahuète, etc ... Piscine à débordement sympa. La suite a une vraie mezzanine, avec des toilette et lavabo, en plus de la salle d'eau. Il suffit de louer un scooter et/ou faire appel à un chauffeur Grab (appli). Spa pour massage de différents types. Le réceptionniste n'a pas oublié de me rembourser le deposit sur présentation du reçu remis à l'arrivée. Personnel plutôt serviable. Service un peu lent parfois, mais le burger Dude est bon :-) Je recommande !

Diğer odalarda mikrodalga, çatal,kaşık,tabak, saç kurutma makinesi olmasına rağmen bizim odada hiçbir şey yoktu. Odanın ışıkları yeteri kadar aydınlatmıyordu. Kahvaltı çok yetersizdi. Bence tek olumlu şey çalışan personeller güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlardı.

Cela change des grands Hotel ou tout est parfait. Pas beaucoup de monde dans cet Hotel ou il y aurait beaucoup de choses à reprendre en main. Le linge de bain est gris . On se demande si il est propre, il y a. Bien une cuisine mais on ne peux pas s'en servir car il n'y a aucune vaisselle et le gaz n'est pas beanché. Juste une cafetière est à votre disposition. Par contre tout le personnel est très gentils et à votre service à la moindre demande, lorsque la piscine est verte , le taxi est gratuit pour vous emmenez à la plage.

スーペリアの朝食なしの部屋だったが火山灰の影響で２日遅れてホテルに到着した　その分朝食を付けてくれた　すごく美味しいナシゴレンでした　レセプションの男性の方は日本語できます　しかし無料シャトルサービスがあると書いてはいるが遅い待ちきれなくてタクシーで帰る事に　インドネシアの時間があるのでしょう　我慢して待ってもいいしタクシーでも安いのでイライラするくらいならタクシーの方がいいのかも

Un très bel Hôtel-appartement pour se reposer.
Nous avons eu un bel appartement très grand et confortable pour le prix (obtenu à rabais sur Expédia.ca) et l'hôtel est moderne et très bien décoré. La piscine est agréable et la chambre-appartement sur deux étages était parfaite pour un séjour de repos confortable. Le déjeuner est varié et très correct en comparaison à nombre d'hôtels. Par contre l'hôtel est situé loin de la plage si vous aimez la baignade et la marche dans les alentours n'est pas aisée (absence de trottoirs). Si vous louez une voiture ou aimez la moto cela ne devrait pas être un problème (ou encore le taxi).
