“India checked on us during our stay. The house is located close to downtown without the congestion of downtown. It was also a quick drive to the MARTA station. The house is so cozy and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. Every once in a while you hear the train but it wasn't disruptive. You just hear it in the nackground when sitting on the porch. ”

“The trip was absolutely wonderful! My friend and I came up for a concert in the city and being able to retreat back to this sanctuary hidden away was amazing! While still being close to the city it is tucked away perfectly so all you here is the night time air. we loved our stay! ”

“We very much enjoyed our stay here. The best part was communication with the host, he promptly answered all our questions. The house itself is very nice, with enough space to easily host a large group. The location was ideal too, we felt we were close to everything we wanted to in town. Would definitely recommend staying here! ”

“Seamless check- in. I received updates from time of booking until I walked into the door to be sure we had everything set. As a mom of six it was the perfect “fairytale”. Once upon a gem is located near a park with a field perfect for kickball, relay, or frisbee. The kitchens are equipped with settings for more than 15. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed and themes adorable. The level of comfort provided by the bedrooms- best “beauty” sleep ever. You see the pictures but they don’t capture...

“We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. The house was immaculate and the host answered all of my messages right away. The game table and arcade game didn’t work but we didn’t care as we had plenty to do otherwise. The stove is amazing if you like to cook. Bring your own laundry pods if you plan to wash clothes.Other reviewers said that they did not feel safe. It is a low/mixed income neighborhood. We were there to conduct public opinion surveys for 2 weeks and talked to over 300...

“10/10 the moment we stepped into the influencer home we were amazed. The home is beautifully decorated, the bathrooms were beautiful, the hidden bedroom was a true gem and the bedding was so clean and comfortable. Please share what kind of pillows and duvet you purchased because it felt like sleeping on clouds. The commute to the stadium was super convenient. We really appreciate you allowing us to stay there and hope to return again in the future. The only criticism that I did want to share was...

“We visited Atlanta for 2 family events and this home provided a beautiful and clean space for our family of 6. Upon entering, we could tell that the home had a complete rehab recently. Everything appeared immaculately clean and new. Although not located in a fancy neighborhood, we felt very safe and the neighbors were friendly. We loved that each of the bedrooms had a private bath, in addition to 1 guest bathroom in the hallway! This home met all of our needs, and we would definitely recommend...

“Stayed while dropping child off at Georgia Tech. Great location and lovely house with all the amenities. Highly recommend. ”

“My brother booked this home for my family and a couple of friends to stay at for my 21st birthday celebration weekend. The house was clean, spacious and conveniently located to downtown. The property manager was quick to respond when we’d text or call. We appreciate the 11AM checkout. One suggestion would be to put the checkout instructions in a visible location. Baby sis had a TIME!!! ”
