To be honest, everything seemed super nice and state if the art, but the true quality felt lacking; gym was fancy but equipment was underwhelming, we had a pleasant stay, but the hotel was located far from the action. Not worth the pricepoint in my opinion.

Beautiful hotel, incredible breakfast, lovely pool outside the busiest part of Barcelona. Some wifi issues but they were aware of jt and moved us to a room with better access. We would definitely go back.

The checkin was terrible … we were given the incorrect room when we rang down to advise the reception that there was another persons name in the room … there was no action to that call … we eventually went back to reception and were given another room Service in the restaurants is very slow and no follow-ups from the staff if we would like another beverage .. it’s like they don’t upsell at all The rooms are small the bathrooms are large There is no streaming options on the tv and if you don’t speak Spanish there is really nothing to watch Wifi was a bit hit or miss sometimes it worked sometimes it didn’t I felt a little unsafe at the hotel you could just walk to the lift and push a button for a floor there was no security swipe card for the floors The location is a way out of the main part of Barcelona but there is a good transport network to get around I am not sure how this hotel is a 5 star we were very disappointed after looking forward to staying in a 5star hotel

We arrived at 9:30 am thinking we would sit for hours. The front desk offered us an upgrade for a small price. We were in the room by 10:00 am. Every morning they have an American breakfast…we were thinking coffee, juice, cereal & toast. Oh no, it was like the best Sunday breakfast buffet……I can’t think f one thing they didn’t have from multiple juices, fruit, smoked salmon, endless pastry, eggs, bacon etc, etc. This is included in your room rate! They also had a free tapas bar with wine from 5-7 every night. We highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were impressed by the level of service and the welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff being friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The hotel pool was well-maintained and provided a great way to unwind after a long day. The breakfast experience at the hotel was also exceptional.
