Aircon was broken, spoke to them multiple times and they kept saying it would get fixed which it didn’t. Booked through Expedia and had them try call the hotel multiple times which there was no answer even though always 2-4 people working the front desk at all times. Terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend staying there for the price they are asking.

Misleading information, it said wifi included in the description but when we arrived we were informed that wifi was available for an extra charge. The AC wasn’t working in our room and had to spend almost one afternoon waiting and watching the technician repair the AC. Hotel looked very old and not very pleasing. Front desk staff weren’t very helpful and not very nice. Only got some helpful info from the cafe/bar attendant Rosa. Location is convenient but really that’s the only good thing about this hotel.

The bathroom had rusty appliances. There was no safe or mini fridge. Staff was rude when asked about other amenities. We paid for the breakfast buffet and I took a yogurt to bring to my room and they made me put it back. Overall for the money and location not worth it

The hotel was quiet and clean, good area,but there were too many things that we didn't like about our stay. Staff attitude didn'tseem very friendly, no free wi-fi in the room, just the lobby, no kettle. Just the hanger, no wardrobe. I found a hair in my breakfast one day. We had to change our cards to get to our room multiply times, which is very inconvenient. Not satisfied for the price we paid even though I am aware that the stay in Barcelona is overall quite pricy

Basic hotel, room was clean and bed was comfy. The location is amazing. Turn right out of your hotel for an amazing strip of restaurants and shops. 10 minute stroll to the beach. Great location and neighborhood. We were there in late spring 2024 and there is a new building being constructed next to the hotel so it was pretty noisy during the day, otherwise a good stay

The pictures well lipstick the pig. The rooms are small and cheaply furnished. The front desk charges local taxes which "were not included in the online rate" as well as for wifi (the online add says it's included, it's EUR 3.90.per device per day). In total the extra charges were a little over 30 EUR for an overnight. If you need a crashpad, sure, but it's a crashpad.

Staff were very good. Breakfast was poor quality. I only eat cereals My room faced a building site under my window and the crane was over my head. Builders started 8.00 am till 6.00 pm. Noisy crane so no siesta for me.
