Te va a encantar nuestro apartamento tiene un ambiente acogedor, tres cómodas habitaciones, sala, comedor,cocina y un balcón fresco para admirar la vista, tomar una copa, leer un libro, trabajar con WiFi con toda comodidad. El edificio tiene una ubicación estratégica en la ciudad de Barranquilla. Cuentas con el Centro Comercial Miramar a una cuadra caminando y muy cerca otros Centros Comerciales como Buenavista, Viva, Homecenter entre otros.

Acceso al transporte público, caminando a zonas de interés. De fácil acceso para taxis y Uber.

En el conjunto Tozcana, encontramos este lindo apartamento que consta de 3 habitaciones, la principal con baño privado una cama Queen, Aire Acondicionado y un amplio closet, las otras dos habitaciones comparten un baño, cada una dotada con dos camas sencillas y abanico (nota: estas dos habitaciones auxiliares no tienen aire acondicionado), sala-comedor con amplios ventanales lo que hace que el apartamento sea fresco e iluminado, estudio, TV, WiFi, cocina y zona de labores, ubicado en una 9° planta goza de agradables vistas.
