This property was very run down, dirty and felt incredibly unsafe . The hallways smelled of pot and there was noise at all times of the night .

It was pouring rain there was a battered and crooked sign that said Red roof inn and next to it was a boarded-up building. Then I went in and checked into another hotel. My GPS told me I had a ride and next to me was a boarded up building

The floor was constantly moldy and wet, along with the building inself seemed in disrepair. Any time I asked for help, it seemed like I was an inconvenience to them, let alone the fact two dofferent staff members stood outside my door from like 9 to check out to make sure I was gone.

The property was nothing like the photos. Turned on the heat and the room started to smell like something was burning. Smoke detector went off because of that. My other room didn’t even have a smoke detector. A closed/boarded up old restaurant was in from of the property that probably needs to be demolished. Went around to other hotels in the area and the people at the front desk of those hotels have negative reviews to give. For example one said they wouldn’t even let their dog stay there.

Lobby was gross, outside of the building was a boarded up restaurant, a homeless person was camped out next to the dumpster, Our room was dirty, stains on the walls, some electrical outlets were inoperable, stains on the pillow covers, furniture was broken… should I list more? We checked out at 2 in the morning it was so bad, definitely not worth the amount we paid.

You get what you pay for. We came in for college game day and we needed to be near our friends but their hotel was sold out. Red Roof was the closest and based on the room pictures looked okay. The pictures are deceiving! This location is run down and there is a dilapidated building that looks to have been a restaurant at one time adjacent to it. The carpet in the room was nasty to walk on. Several stains in the ceiling in the bathroom. The towels were like bar towels and very rough on your skin. The pillows were lumpy as if they had been thrown in the washing machine and dried. There were also stains on the sheets. The plus side is the air conditioner was cold. Would not recommend staying there to anyone.

This property is over-priced and dirty. The entire property is littered with trash. From the moment I walked in the dirty building, it strongly smelled like moth balls. People loitering around and also just sitting in their cars. I was afraid to leave the shoes I bought for my daughter’s wedding in the car in case someone broke in my car. Trash and random things like a grocery cart stored around the ice machine made it very sketchy. I am quite independent and not easily scared, but no way was I leaving the room after dark. Towels were awful and the wash cloths were stained and with other people’s hairs still embedded—I used my own. The fridge was warm and didn’t work. There was what sounded like a very large dog barking viciously as I was unloading my things. The bed was clean and comfortable, and I was exhausted after working as a nurse and making the drive from Galveston and just wanted to sleep. Oh, and I reserved a king and got to the check in, and he said he no longer had my room available and ended up w/two doubles. Not a huge deal because I was alone, but it wasn’t what I paid for. He didn’t seem to care, and the hotel was obviously not full. Party with a bunch of younger people who appeared to be loitering at the pool. In all the years I’ve used Expedia—which is a long time—I’ve never written a complaint. Use caution here.

Staff was really nice, for a motel/inn this is a decent one. Only bad thing to say was that when we checked in the sheets and pillows in our room had blood stains on them.

I woke up in the middle of the night to my bed being covered in spring bugs/ felt them crawling on me. The front desk attendant offered a new room but had no sense of concern/urgency. I was extremely exhausted and had a major exam the next morning, otherwise I would have asked for a refund and went to a new location.
