    Intriguing Cities and Varied Landscapes

Louisiana is considered a state of lowlands, with its highest region near Arkansas rising only to approximately 535 feet. In fact, much of New Orleans is around 15 feet below beach and sea level. There are many scenic rivers such as the Red River, the Ouachita, and the colorful Teche and Macon bayous, all of which are dominated by the Mississippi River. There is much to explore in city life as well, like that in the active urban hubs of New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Shreveport. Baton Rouge, the state's capital city, celebrates Louisiana's unique diversity of history and culture with its outstanding annual arts festival, Fest For All. Shreveport is known for its warm hospitality, world-class gaming facilities, and innovative film industry. Plan your trip to Louisiana today, and visit Expedia.com for the best flights to Louisiana. You will make the most of every moment in exciting, colorful, but leisurely southern style.

Experience was fine. Room and linens were very clean. Only exception is someone's "lunch" was left in the room while we were gone. Only thing we can think is housekeeping left it behind. Manager was very sorry and helpful. the lighting in the rooms is very institutional and furnishing are basic. Don't feel 3 star is appropriate. More like a very clean 2-2.5 star property.

Good hotel. Room was large actually. 2 queen beds. Vanity was tiny. Staff was friendly enough. Hotel modern and updated. Very easy access to airport. Be aware that this hotel does allow for smoking. So you better verify that you want a non-smoking room because some deals are for smoking rooms only.
