Every one working was so very nice and helpful. But, the full breakfast was not up to par like other Marriott with hot food waffles grits like the Hilton across the street.

On day of arrival, the room was dirty. The bed had a dirty pillowcase that was flipped over where you couldn’t see it. Would t have noticed it if I hadn’t had to clean the headboard to the bed, it was covered in spots that looked like soda. I had to clean it with a wet cloth. Breakfast was not great with a toaster that didn’t work well. Overall, not a great first impression.

Pretty good place. Standard what you expect from a spring hill suites. Room was clean - although things felt just a tab bit dated compared to some of my recent IHG hotel stays but no complaints at all.

Disappointing
As always after checking in I cleaned and sprayed the suite before unpacking. We allowed the room to air out and disinfect while we stepped out to go grab something to eat. After returning to the room, we saw bedbugs everywhere I grabbed our belongings, went downstairs, inform the hotel staff of the situation and immediately checked out. This is why I do this I spray a solution around the beds and carpet to see if the bedbugs will come out it will make them come out every time if they are in the room I was totally disgusted and is displeased with the hotel and the service that I receive upon telling them about the bedbugs and about requesting a full refund. I was told I had to wait the manger needed to do a full investigation I had to return to the hotel to send pictures. This was just totally ridiculous. I had to go find another hotel in the middle of the night, because I had paid for three nights in advance and needed somewhere else to stay don’t get me wrong the hotel suite was very beautiful. The pool was beautiful as well. I had a window view outlooking the pool, but I was so so disappointed that this hotel for having bedbugs I would’ve never expected that they need to burn the whole hotel down and start all over.

This is an old hotel, lots of signs of wear and tear, but well maintained despite that. Thick walls, huge rooms and lots of thoughtful extras. Little things like opening the microwave to find they had supplied plates and platic ware arebreally appreciated!! Staff was polite and helpful these things make what IS an aging hotel worth a good review!

Everything you want in an airport hotel.
Front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. Allowed early checkin and late checkout. Nice outdoor pool. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast. Convenient airport shuttle.

The first room, the door wouldn’t open. The second room, the fridge didn’t work, outlets in the bed area didn’t work. Bed was very uncomfortable. The carpets are terrible Staff was very nice! Bathroom was very clean.
